With XAMOUNT, Lechler presents an innovative solution for modern agriculture: a closed, fully automatic transfer system that safely and efficiently moves liquid crop protection products from the can into the spray tank. XAMOUNT enables either the complete emptying of cans with automatic, integrated can and cap cleaning or the precise partial extraction of set quantities, where density and desired volume can be specified.
The system features a precise weighing mechanism that allows for exact dosing regardless of the viscosity or temperature of the crop protection product and complies with ISO 21191. After the can has been completely emptied, a cleaning process starts automatically: a vertically movable probe with a spray head thoroughly cleans the bottom, sides, and neck of the can without any additional cleaning effort or user contact with the crop protection product.
Its robust, compact design enables flexible use directly at the filling station. Thanks to a 12 V power supply, XAMOUNT can be operated via a vehicle connection. The user-friendly operation through a water- and dust-protected membrane keypad display ensures safe handling even with gloves.
XAMOUNT helps avoid operating errors and user exposure to crop protection products, ensures precise and rapid dosing, and makes the entire crop protection filling process more efficient and safer. This makes XAMOUNT a future-proof solution for sustainable crop protection and maximum occupational safety in the field or on the farm another important step toward automation in agriculture avoiding of point sources.
