Automatic web speed control for the single row bunker harvester SE 75-55

The SE 75-55 single row harvester with 5.5 ton bunker, now comes with fully automatic speed control called Speedtronic for the intake, 1st main and 2nd main web as an option. Speedtronic increases output whilst gentle harvesting and minimizes blockages, as it permanently digs with the optimum speed. This means the driver is no longer distracted by time-consuming manual settings.

Speedtronic is easily switched on or off via the CCI or VC 50 operator terminal. While it is switched on, the driver can set the basic settings individually via the control terminal. When it is switched off, it is possible to manually adjust the speed settings of the separators and webs.

Another great option for the driver of the SE 75-55 is Visual Protect, an automatic camera system which automatically shows the driver an area of the machine starting to block up, via the monitor. This enables the driver to react in time and adjust the web speeds to avoid any problems.

With Clean Control, settings and adjustments made by the driver can be saved and then recalled easily when in the same or similar digging conditions again. A total of 16 storage spaces are available with Clean Control. This function can keep individual values even when changing operators.
