Blinto.de is continuing to grow and attract talented individuals for the launch in the summer. The latest recruitment is experienced Bettina Nowatzki who will take on the role as head of customer service.

By building the company from the ground up, starting with the key aspects, Blinto.de will be able to provide great service and quality from the get-go and never compromise the quality and performance of the service.
The first of Blinto.de’s recruitments was Jacqueline Engemann, HR Manager. Her extensive knowledge of HR and recruitment made it a necessity when recruiting key roles to the newly started company. Customer focus is a key element in the service that Blinto.de is going to provide. Being an online auction company the customer experience is key and Blinto.de promises the highest quality customer service from the beginning. By adding an experienced head of customer service to the team from the start we are setting us up for success from the first day.
The results of the current recruitment process has been Bettina Nowatzki, an experienced individual from the service industry. She has worked in the field of customer service for over 25 years and has gotten the experience from multiple world market leading companies within the leasing and rental car service industries. "I am looking forward to being a part of a new company and setting the standard of customer service from the start", says Bettina. Bettina onboarded on the 1st of May and Blinto.de is now looking to add more customer service employees to the team in the near future.
