Bohnenkamp online shop with new service functions

Chat with experts, track shipments, monitor availability, order quickly

As early as 2000, Bohnenkamp AG opened its online shop for tyres and wheels for professional use. Since then, the company has continuously developed the shop. The Osnabrück tyre wholesaler is now once again providing its customers with a new service package in the online shop, just in time for this year's Agritechnica. It contains some new, helpful service features: chat function, optimized shipment tracking, availability alert and direct order upload from within Excel.

Chat function

With this feature, customers can immediately make personal contact with customer advisers. While visiting the online shop, the user can simply click on the chat feature and ask their question. A Bohnenkamp employee can then help you directly and competently with any questions about the products.

Shipment tracking

In order to have all details of your open orders at a glance, you can now call up a specific page in the shop. This gives you information about the order, shipping and invoice address as well as the current status of the order. In addition, we have integrated a shipment tracking feature, so you always know where your order is and when it will arrive.

Availability alert

If you are interested in a product we do not currently have in stock, you can activate the availability alert. To enable this feature all you have to do is determine the observation period of 30, 60 or 90 days. As soon as the item is available again within the selected period, you will receive an e-mail notification.

Fast-track order via upload

As of now, the user can load his entire order from within Excel into the system. For this purpose, only the article number and quantity must be inserted in the appropriate template, then the list can be easily uploaded to the fast-track order. This saves the user time and can also handle large orders comfortably.
