CGT presents itself at SaMoTer in Verona from 3rd. to 7th. May (Hall 12, Stand D3-D4) with the aim of offering the construction, infrastructure and primary energy generation sectors technologically advanced solutions designed to generate value and sustainability. The Italian company, belonging to the TESYA International Group, recognized as a benchmark in the supply of integrated sales, rental and service solutions in the construction, infrastructure, primary energy generation, back-up and oil & gas and marine applications sectors, will be present within the SaMoTer LAB, the revolutionary new high-tech area and real automated construction site.

The exhibition concept that we bring to SaMoTer - commented Giorgio Brenna, Chief Executive Officer of CGT S.p.A. - ideally embraces all the features of CGT offer which, together with the companies of the TESYA Group, stands as a reference partner for Customers in the co-design and supply of solutions able to generate value and sustainability".

CGT Re-Evolution Technologies: a new way of working for construction sites.

Re-Evolution Technologies, the concept that the company came up with for its return to the construction Machinery Exhibition, encloses all the technologies and solutions that revolutionize and develop construction sites, making them more productive, safe, efficient, and sustainable.

It is a fil rouge that accompanies the visitor through CGT's 350 square meter indoor exhibition area, where the key words are connectivity and monitoring, to the SaMoTer LAB outdoor digital worksite area, where it is possible to touch and see in operation the technologies applied to Cat machines.

It is therefore a return to SaMoTer for CGT, which marks a real technological revolution not only in terms of state-of-the-art product equipment, but also in the development of advanced systems for monitoring, controlling, and measuring the performance of fleets and plants, with which the company confirms its ability to always be one step ahead.

Connectivity and monitoring for more sustainable, high-performance machines and plants.

At SaMoTer 2023, CGT has created an indoor exhibition area focused on technology and multimedia.

Visitors will be welcomed by four maxi screens with touch technology that will allow them to identify themselves with the key figures of each construction site - entrepreneur, operator, safety and site managers - interacting with the guest and accompanying him in a totally custom path according to his professional needs, to discover CGT technologies.

The strong point of the CGT offer is the connectivity that supports the control and monitoring platforms of machines and plants in a precise and timely manner.

The Cat VisionLink system makes it possible to check the position, consumption, condition, productivity and CO2 emissions of a single machine or an entire fleet, thus optimising its use, while the KontrolOn CGT platform makes it possible to know in real time all the industrial plants and machines data, going so far as to define the €/ton costs and the environmental impact of production. Two solutions that represent real added value in defining the degree of efficiency and economic and ecological sustainability of each construction site.

Connectivity and monitoring are also the focus of CGT's after-sales service, which at SaMoTer 2023 will demonstrate its proactive approach through a faithful reproduction of the CGT Control Tower, from which a team of experts monitors customers' connected machines, identifying and proposing preventive interventions to avoid critical issues and unplanned downtimes.

Maximum operator safety thanks to CGT technology and remote machine control.

Always one step ahead, CGT is presenting as the absolute star of the show, the revolutionary Cat Command technology that allows Caterpillar machines to be driven remotely, wherever they are. During the exhibition, a 326 Cat Next Generation hydraulic excavator located in the outdoor exhibition area of the SaMoTer Lab digital construction site will be controlled from inside the booth.

Cat Command allows customers to work safely even in the most dangerous applications or where the presence of an operator on the machine is not possible. In addition to maximum safety, Cat Command technology can handle up to five different machines, making it the ideal solution even when there is a shortage of experienced operators.

Absolute safety is also ensured by the new Human Detect optical sensor system that slows down the machine's movements in the presence of people within its range of action, while the E-Fence system, exclusive to Caterpillar, allows the operator to set limits to the movements within which the excavator can work.

A comprehensive offering at the forefront of technology.

Completing the virtual journey to discover the many innovations presented by CGT, SaMoTer Lab's digital construction site demonstration area allows visitors to touch the high technology, with which the machines are equipped at the exhibition. So here is the 326 Cat Next Generation, in addition to being equipped with Human Detect optical sensors and E-Fence system, is provided with Cat Payload to always reach the exact loading targets, without stopping the machine, monitoring them remotely, while thanks to the integrated Cat Grade with 3D GPS technology, the machine follows to the centimeter the project loaded on board.

CGT's high-tech innovations do not end there. The digital construction site will also welcome the Cat CS78B roller with the Cat Command for Compaction semi-autonomous guidance system that automates the compaction process based on operator input, the Cat PM620 milling machine with Trimble's 3D UTS system that ensures maximum milling accuracy, and the Cat 301.7 Next Generation mini excavator equipped with radio remote control to drive the machine without an operator on board, with visual contact.

In the outdoor exhibition area, on the other hand, CGT will let people experience the high technology of three Next Generation models: a 323 hydraulic excavator, a 966 XE wheel loader and a 306 mini-excavator.

Finally, there will be no lack of moments dedicated to in-depth study with two daily workshops during which CGT Customers can get in touch with technologies to increase productivity, efficiency, and safety on the construction site and with digital platforms for remote efficiency monitoring.
