CINTASA - BAUMA 2013

As part of its international expansion, CINTASA, the Spanish manufacturer of wide range of conveyor systems for storage, recycling, quarries, sorting plants, cement industry and other industrial sectors, will be present for fourth consecutive time in the BAUMA 2013 Exhibition. With its corner stand of 100 m2 in Hall B2, stand No. 227, CINTASA will show part of its conveyors catalogue.

The visitor will have the opportunity to see physically a tripper discharger as well as their well-known vertical conveyor TEB, both in continuous movement. The tripper discharger will be running on a TTR conveyor, equipped with walkway.

Together with these two models, it will be exhibit a drive station of its robust TCL model made up of two twin drives of 132 kW with 800mm. drum diameter. The transfer chute includes wear steel plates as well as a pair of blade scrapers, inspection doors and a level sensor.

Continuing with the TCL model, it will be exhibit also a tail station of 1200 mm. belt width with its impact bars at loading zone, skirts with wear steel plates, rotation sensor, pull cord switches and other safety components.

Finally, CINTASA will show a complete TUL model. This conveyor due to its versatile construction is mainly used on galleries, for long distance conveyors or even like feeders.

All these equipment adapted accordingly to the required security standards of the international markets.

Visitors will have the opportunity to watch a video film with different projects carried out during the last few years as well as photographs and technical documentation.
