Mini-elevators and compact telehandlers: the must-have models designed by DIECI for the construction sector.

Adaptability, versatility, durability, and excellent performance are the characteristics that have made stationary telehandlers indispensable solutions for a wide range of applications. For this reason, in addition to its robust telehandlers with high lifting capacities, such as the Hercules and Pegasus models, DIECI has also designed a range of mini-elevators and compact telehandlers, offering excellent performance in compact sizes.

Mini-elevators, maximum adaptability

One of DIECI's main goals has always been to simplify even the most cramped and complex working environments with solutions that offer superb precision. In order to meet the needs of industry players, DIECI has designed two lines of mini-elevators that refuse to compromise on any level:

  • With a width of 1.8m and a height of 1.9m, the high performance Apollo 26.6 mini telehandler boast a wide range of accessories that allow it to meet any need in terms of lifting and handling materials and personnel.

  • The Smart range, made up of the Apollo 20.4 Smart. With a width of 1.55m and a height of 1.92m, this model can even operate inside compartments just 2 metres in height, while retaining all the advantages offered by DIECI telehandlers. Featuring all-wheel steering and single-speed transmission, it offers unrivalled manoeuvrability.

Apollo 20.4 Smart is ideal solution for construction sites, municipal yards, and rental companies.

Both mini-elevator lines also include technical features like:

  • 55kW diesel engine, and 37kW on the Smart version;

  • Maximum speed of up to 30km/h;

  • Hydraulic flow rate of up to 101 l/min on the Smart version;

  • Hydrostatic transmission for maximum traction and grip, even off-road;

  • Excellent boom strength, with a capacity of 2000kg and a height of 4.35m for the Smart version, thus allowing for efficient and risk-free use in any context.

What’s more, the ergonomic cab, large windows, intuitive controls, and accessibility simplify their operation and maintenance, guaranteeing excellent operator comfort and safety at all times.

In addition, the compact telehandler dedicated to the construction sector boasts specific features and controls for operating at heights in complete safety:

  • The arm too high feature automatically limits travel speed when the boom is raised;

  • The enhanced soft motion feature dampens the speed of the boom's movement when approaching the limit switches' physical limits, and when the anti-tilt system is in the pre-alarm state;

  • The anti-tilt system allows the boom to be locked in the event of an overload, allowing the weight to be monitored at all times.

Green mini telehandlers: the electric range

DIECI mini telehandlers have also been part of the green revolution, with the Apollo-e 26.6 and the Apollo-e 20.4 smart! Two major players in the launch of the company's new DIECI-E division, dedicated to the production of 100% electric and modular telehandlers.
