Kärcher Financial Solutions launches for commercial customers

The cleaning industry is growing, all over the world, increasing importance is being attached to cleanliness and hygiene. In light of this, customers regularly need flexible financing options to enter the market successfully. With the creation of Kärcher Financial Solutions GmbH (KFS), the cleaning specialist is addressing this very need. KFS Managing Director Achim Becker explains: "With our new sales financing company, we are moving away from isolated solutions and different financing partners towards one consistent and transparent service." KFS GmbH entered the market in January 2022.

With company financing, Kärcher is aiming to offer a true partnership to its customers in this area too. Becker adds: "In future, we will be able to react much faster and provide a targeted response to customer concerns, because we know the market and the industry." The portfolio includes conventional leasing solutions, whereby the company will offer pay-per-use versions in addition. Unlike the rest of the industry, KFS does not calculate a minimum usage period, but rather just the actual accumulated usage of the machine. If required, consumable materials can also be invoiced this way too. 

KFS GmbH is also available for companies wishing to procure machines by instalments on a hire purchase basis, or for enquiries regarding the purchase of receivables, i.e. extending the terms of payment. "There will always be customers who have an urgent need and require flexible payment arrangements – when they do, we are on hand with customised solutions," asserts Becker. 

To keep processing simple, what are known as "small tickets" up to a certain level of investment will be processed digitally, so that customers can manage them quickly and easily. For more complex enquiries, such as fleet management, the finance experts at KFS collaborate with specialists from within the company to create a solution tailored to the customer's exact requirements. Achim Becker sums it up as follows: "In just a short space of time, we have built up a highly skilled team and developed a coherent portfolio. We are now looking forward to starting work on new projects."
