Company TG hyLIFT is specialized in the development and production of semi-automatic cleaning machines for façades and glass roofs. The company was founded by Andreas Grochowiak and Alfons Thihatmer in June 2011. Both formed for decades the Management of the German access platform manufacturer Teupen Maschinenbau in Gronau.
Also after leaving company Teupen GmbH – they even benefit today from the good relations and contacts in the access platform world as well as the long-lasting relations to the facility management industry and modern architecture. “We certainly benefit from the long-standing and good contacts from our time at Teupen”, says Alfons Thihatmer “as there are numerous points of contact to our new business. Our hyCLEANER red EVO I is designed particularly for the mounting on access platforms.” The current model requires a cage load capacity of at least 350 kg. Approval for mounting of this cleaning system has already been received from the platform manufacturers Ruthmann, Palfinger, Multitell Pagliero and Manitou (others will follow). Currently TG hyLIFT is working on the development of another cleaning system for mounting on access platforms wilt less permissible cage load capacity (200 kg). This new system will be launched by the end of 2014.
Back to the roots: Mr. Thihatmer and Mr. Grochowiak will present their hyCLEANER red EVO I on APEX exhibition in Amsterdam from 24th to 26th June 2014. Company Ruthmann GmbH & Co. KG provides TG hyLIFT GmbH the opportunity to present their hyCLEANER system to the access industry professionals – on their APEX-stand in the outside area, stand no. 1230. “Together with company Ruthmann GmbH & Co. KG and their latest truck-mounted-access platforms of the HEIGHT performance-range, we are really pleased to show an optimal solution for modern façade cleaning”, says Alfons Thihatmer. Company Ruthmann GmbH & Co. KG is also confident about the joint presence in Amsterdam, which allows them to show specific application fields for their truck-mounted access platforms, new applications as well as additional promising using possibilities. “The very positive market response as well as the good personal contact of Ruthmann’s Managing Director and Sales Management to Mr. Thihatmer, brought us quickly and directly to the hyCLEANER-system!” says Jürgen Gerwers, Export Manager at Ruthmann GmbH & Co. KG. “The APEX is well attended by rental companies. These should discover the advantages and possibilities of the combination RUTHMANN and TG hyLIFT, thereby generate additional rental contracts and enquire and ideally order further machines (both Ruthmann and hyCLEANER)”, adds Jürgen Gerwers.
In addition to the hyCLEANER red product line – which will be exhibited in Amsterdam – and which is used for gentle cleaning on all shapes and materials of façades, the hyCLEANER blue range has an excellent performance on roofs – especially glass roofs – and stands for environmental and economic cleaning. This model is controlled by radio-remote-control, therefore no need for the operator to step on the roof.
The target for APEX is set: Intensify existing contacts and establish new ones! Moreover, TG hyLIFT GmbH wants to expand its dealership network.
Recently, the first machines to Russia, Croatia and Austria have been delivered. TG hyLIFT is represented in these countries by their own distribution partners. Platform rental company LIFTO from Warsaw has been acquired as new distribution partner for hyCLEANER products in Poland. The first machine to Warsaw will be delivered in the next few days.
An important market, that is quiet open to new and technically advanced products, are The Netherlands – says Alfons Thihatmer. The participation at APEX exhibition in Amsterdam later this month is also therefore of particular interest for TG hyLIFT GmbH. Several machines (both: hyCLEANER blue and hyCLEANER red) have already been delivered to the Netherlands so far.
