Entegra Attachments, LLC announces purchase of TEI Rock Drills

Entegra Attachments, LLC, based in Saint Charles, IL, has acquired TEI Rock Drills, a Montrose, CO-based manufacturer known for specialized drilling machinery used in various fields such as underground utilities, mining, tunneling, and construction. This acquisition enhances Entegra's Pile Driving and Drilling Platform, adding to their previous acquisitions, including Hercules Machinery Corporation and Titan Metal Worx. TEI, which pioneered portable hydraulic rock drilling equipment, manufactures its products using mostly North American components and is recognized for its premium market position, boasting patented technologies that optimize productivity. John Deere Introduces New 665R and 685R Front Loaders for Large 6R Tractors

John Deere has introduced the new 665R and 685R front loaders designed for Large and Xtra-Large 6R tractors, aiming to enhance operator confidence and material handling efficiency. These loaders feature improved visibility through optional digital cameras and minimal visual obstructions, alongside upgraded loader geometry for increased productivity with greater rollback angles and larger bucket capacity. Serviceability is enhanced with a central greasing system and robust electrical and hydraulic connections to streamline maintenance and accommodate future upgrades. Available for MY27 tractors, pricing will be announced in July 2026, with shipments commencing in April 2027. Read more >>

Machine operator for a day: Highlights from Bobcat Demo Days 2026

On 26 May 2026, LECTURA attended Bobcat Demo Days at the Dobříš Campus, located near Prague in Czechia. Serving as Bobcat’s headquarters for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the campus is a unique institution  that brings several key functions together in one place. Alongside the regional HQ, it is home to the innovation centre, the training centre and the Bobcat manufacturing plant. Our visit offered a close look at how development, training, production and live machine demonstrations are connected within one campus. We also had the unique opportunity to test a wide range of machines, from skid steer loaders and telehandlers to wheel loaders and mini excavators, including various attachments. Read more >>

Safety Award for Innovative Safety Solution on Impact Crushers

Kleemann's innovative "Lock & Turn Quick Access" system installed on the MOBIREX MR 100 NEO/NEOe impact crusher received the ISSA Safety Award for enhancing operator safety. The system allows for tool-free, button-activated opening of the crusher housing only after rotor stoppage, reducing manual labor and associated risks while simplifying workflows. This feature facilitates faster visual inspections and maintenance, improving early wear detection. The award, presented by the International Social Security Association, recognizes the advancement in safety, ergonomic design, and operational efficiency of the machinery, particularly addressing a central risk in crushing plant operation. Updated DEVELON ADTs Feature Enhanced Cab, New Auto-Hold Brake

DEVELON has updated its DA30-7 and DA45-7 articulated dump trucks with a fully redesigned cabin inspired by automotive design to improve operator comfort, safety, and productivity. The trucks feature a new Auto-Hold brake system that automates hill-assist functions, simplifying operation and enhancing safety. A 12-inch touchscreen display offers real-time monitoring of payload, machine incline, and other critical data, improving operational oversight. Case IH Updates Axial-Flow 160 Series with Advanced Technology

Case IH has announced updates to their Axial-Flow 160 series combines for Model Year 2027, featuring enhanced automation, connectivity, and operator comfort designed to boost performance and simplify the harvesting process. The updates, including the introduction of the Pro 1200 dual display interface, improve operator efficiency through customizable controls and real-time data sharing, while advancements in grain handling optimize crop flow and reduce grain loss. Operator comfort is enhanced with a redesigned cab and upgraded air conditioning. These combines are set to showcase at EIMA in Bologna in November 2026, with series production beginning in July 2026, aiming to maximize productivity and return on investment for farmers. CM Labs Expands Trimble® Earthworks Integration to Support Mission Planning and Automation-Assisted Training

CM Labs Simulations has introduced a Trimble Design File Import feature, enhancing their simulation-based training solutions for the construction industry. This integration allows operators to train using project-specific site designs, improving preparedness and reducing jobsite risks. The feature is part of the Intellia Workforce Training System and extends Trimble Earthworks Autos support to dozer grading workflows in their Intellia Dozer Simulation Curriculum. This development enables mission planning and project-specific practice under real-world conditions, addressing safety concerns evidenced by high rates of work-related fatalities in construction. K4GGWA and New Holland Launch Innovation Call to Accelerate Land Restoration Across the Great Green Wall

The K4GGWA Innovation Facility, backed by the EU and partners including New Holland, has launched its fifth call for innovations aimed at restoring degraded land across Africa's Great Green Wall. This initiative is focused on developing tools that enhance soil health, water conservation, erosion management, and productivity for local farmers and practitioners. The call, open to innovators from eleven African countries including Eritrea, Ethiopia, and Nigeria, aims to support the Great Green Wall's 2030 goals of restoring 100 million hectares, capturing carbon, and creating sustainable jobs. New Holland contributes by offering their expertise in scalable agricultural solutions and training.
