The entire range of Faresin vertical trailed feed mixers has been revamped to better meet the needs of livestock farms of all sizes. The range, now composed of three series, offers 33 different mixing capacities, featuring mixing tanks with one to three augers.

Faresin has undertaken a structural review and enhancement of its previous series, updating everything from the frame to the mixing tank.

The TPF trailed series includes:

• Classic Series (one or two augers, capacities from 5 to 24 m³)

• Plus Series (one or two augers, capacities from 11 to 30 m³)

• Profi Series (two or three augers, capacities from 18 to 46 m³)

TPF Classic models are characterized by their ease of use, featuring a single axle and direct side discharge, making them ideal for straightforward and intuitive operation. The Plus version features a front discharge with a dual-sided conveyor belt and 8 mm thick steel walls. The Profi Series, the most advanced in the series, includes a dual axle with bogie suspension, front discharge with dual-sided conveyor, and reinforced walls.

The entire TPF range is equipped with a mixing tank made from high-strength S355 steel, ensuring durability and superior performance for cutting and mixing all types of feed. For enhanced durability, the inner walls and mixing components can be lined with stainless steel, which is ideal for resisting wear from roughage and silage acidity.

Feed management has become a critical factor for improving farm profitability and product quality. To optimize control, Faresin has integrated advanced technologies into both its self-propelled and trailed versions. The machines come with an electronic weighing and dosing system for precise loading of feed, with data transmission to the Farm Manager Web software. Additionally, the PoliSPEC NIR device can be installed directly on the tank to monitor, in real-time, the homogeneity and chemical-physical properties of the feed mix.

TPF Classic

The TPF Classic series models are designed for rapid and precise mixing under all conditions. Compact and easy to handle, they are available in single-auger models with tank capacities ranging from 5 to 11 m³ and twin-auger models from 12 to 24 m³.

These machines are built for ease of use while being robust, ideal for small to medium-sized farms venturing into precision feeding. The rear-positioned axle ensures good weight distribution, aiding in maneuverability. Direct side discharge is available in multiple positions to provide the best solution for each barn. An optional braking system allows for quick transfers at speeds of up to 40 km/h.

TPF Plus

The TPF Plus series stands out with its front discharge featuring a dual-sided conveyor belt that facilitates the quick flow of Total Mixed Ration (TMR) into the feed trough, along with 8 mm thick mixing tank walls.

TPF Plus models are available as single-auger units with capacities from 11 to 17 m³ and twin-auger units from 12 to 30 m³. These machines are designed to fit any farm size, with a standard single axle and an option for a second axle for tanks above 24 m³ capacity.

All models in this series can be equipped with an optional straw blower for bedding distribution.

TPF Profi

The TPF Profi series represents the top of the Faresin trailed range, ideal for larger, more demanding farms. It is available with front discharge and dual-sided conveyor belts, with 8 mm thick steel mixing tank walls. The series includes twin-auger models (18 to 30 m³) and triple-auger models (36 to 46 m³), perfect for large-scale livestock operations.

Equipped with dual axles and bogie suspension as standard, the TPF Profi ensures comfort and maneuverability during transfers, with optional steering axles and hydraulic or pneumatic braking systems.

The frame includes five load cells for the triple-auger version and three for the twin-auger version, ensuring precise weighing even for particularly heavy rations.

This range of mixers represents a significant advancement in efficiency and quality for all farmers, providing a tailored solution for every type of livestock operation.
