CONEXPO Latin America Recap: Days 3 & 4

Friday was by far the busiest day at the expo, with some strings of non-stop traffic at the Equippo booth. Many exhibitors we spoke to were not sure what to expect for show attendance. While a relatively small show, Thursday and Friday attendance was certainly steady.

The Equippo team booth featured digital slide shows and videos explaining the Equippo marketplace, our total transaction approach, and how we help the LATAM market get access to quality used equipment from trusted sellers!

Notable Groups at the Show

Many manufacturers and trade magazines were at the show, including Atlas Copco, Route One Publishing, KHL Latino Americana, Cranes Today Magazine, JLG, and of course, Equippo!

Equippo works with many notable manufacturers and equipment rental providers to offer the high quality equipment on our marketplace. We visited with some of the brands we carry to check out their new offerings.

The heavy equipment and construction industry magazines are very important, too! They keep our industry informed about new developments, safety, and new projects. Equippo was happy to meet with several publications at CONEXPO!

Day 4 at CONEXPO in Santiago, Chile!

Day 4 at CONEXPO Latin America was a relatively light day. Many exhibitors closed up shop the day before. With the show closing at 2PM that day, there was only a short time to meet with visitors.

The AEM later sent out official numbers for the trade show, saying the show generated “32,600 registrants from 90 countries, over 300 exhibitors from around the world, and 40,000 square meters of exhibits.”
