Municipal vehicle hire and maintenance provider, Collett Transport Services (CTS), has taken delivery of its first four 65-registered Johnston VT651 sweepers mounted on 15t DAF chassis. The machines have been brought in as part of a continual growth plan, complementing the company’s compact sweeper fleet already available for hire.
The Gloucestershire-based company was founded by Andy and Bridget Collett in 1994 and acquired by Specialist Fleet Services (SFS) in 2013. Today, the company runs a fleet of 130 vehicles available for short, medium or long term hire, with a 24/7 emergency Spot Hire service for super-fast response.
As a division of SFS the new sweepers will be pressed into service to support SFS’s long term hire contracts, as well as adding to the range of vehicles available to CTS customers.
