Every two years the German association VDBUM organises an event called TiefbauLive, which is an unique possibility for manufacturers and traders to illustrate their products in front of hight-ranking visitors.
Germany-based trailer manufacturer DOLL made use of this special occasion taking place from 11 to 13 June, to demonstrate the advantages of their proven panther technology on a pilot building site.
DOLL’s demo trailer was a 2-axle low-loader, type T2E-S3F, with detachable gooseneck which did not only convince the audience with a low dead weight of 13.5 t and a payload of 31.5 t. It attracted special interest with the newly developed DOLLtronic technology. The new innovative control concept enables the driver to easily and safely operate all trailer functions via various keypads on the semi-trailer as well as by radio. A decentralised, computer-based CAN-bus system is at the heart of this new DOLL development. Sven Koscielny, who has been a long-term sales employee, was present during the fair to answer any questions of interested visitors in detail.
However, the low-loader was not only an exhibit for trade visitors. It was also used for practical seminars in terms of load securing to strengthen the cooperation with a German trade school.
DOLL thanks VDBUM association for the great support and looks forward to the next event in two years. dankt dem Verband für die großartige Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitige Ergänzung bei beiden Veranstaltungen.
