ESPRO M 3000 C and ESPRO M 4000 C seed drills in “mechanical” and « double distribution » versions

The development of the ESPRO seed drill range continues with the addition of 2 models designed for farms looking for the most simple and economical minimum-till seed drill, non-folding but with the possibility of delivering fertiliser while seeding.

The ESPRO MC version is available in 3 and 4m working widths with mechanical distribution and double distribution. This machine is perfectly adapted to farmers looking to position the fertilizer closer to the seed without the risk of burning the seedling. The fertiliser is placed in front of the press wheels by a coulter. The depth-adjustable coulter is positioned precisely in the centre of the two seed rows.

The modular hopper has a movable wall to adjust to the volume of fertiliser and seeds. ESPRO MC seed drills come with a number of features already tried and tested, and appreciated by KUHN seed drill users: HELICA-type seed distribution, MAXIMA-type fertiliser distribution, seeding control and tramlining by HECTOR terminal…

The other features of the ESPRO seed drill have of course been retained on these new models: working discs, large diameter wheels (900 mm), with exclusive profile, offset and featuring tyres with a specific deep tread pattern for ideal seedbed tilling as well as low power requirement, and the CROSSFLEX coulter bar which ensures even emergence and quality seeding due to the hold of the polyurethane mounts fitted onto the cross-shaped sectional tube, for improved ground following.
