TCA Lift started the initial evaluation of the project in 2010 with the building architects and consultants before building construction really started you start exchanging the drawings, ideas and evaluating of scale models and in depth consultation to provide a solution that would allow the lifts to facilitate under extreme and difficult access conditions.

3 FALCON lifts where special designed and developed to provide the optimal solution to customer needs.

Based on the Falcon Spider 330Z crawler version one of the lifts were modified to set up and drive in the pool area while the two other Falcons were specially designed to facilitate the terrace areas.

Maintenance

The Falcons will be used to clean and maintain the glass and metal atrium structures. Due to the design of the building the lifts are permanently placed on the terraces that circles above the open atrium overlooking the levels below.
