Faresin will attend the next edition of Eurotier, which is returning after a two-year stop because of the health emergency. From 15 to 18 November 2022, the Vicenza-based industry will present visitors with the latest innovations for its mixer wagons and telehandlers. These are intelligent machines that guarantee measurable profitability for farms and are ready for the agriculture of tomorrow.

The technologies are designed, tested, and produced in the Breganze plant with the aim of constantly improving performance and offering cutting-edge construction solutions.

Almost 50 years of experience in the sector, together with advanced research, put Faresin at the forefront of innovation, allowing the mixer wagons and telehandlers to become successful on the global market for agricultural machinery. These machines contribute not only to improving the animal welfare in livestock but also to optimizing the cycles and workloads of the operators.

New LEADER PF3 self-propelled mixer wagon: MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE, MINIMUM CONSUMPTION

Faresin Industries presents, in a world premiere, its new 3-auger mixer wagon. A machine designed for large livestock farms - from 1000 head upwards - that are transforming the global livestock sector.

LEADER PF3 is the summit of Faresin technology and introduces innovations that substantially improve barn profitability.

Extraordinary production capacity. Large herd-sized mixing tub volumes: 30 and 36 m3. A 3 vertical auger system with a mixing organ geometry that guarantees perfect unifeed with “Faresin grade” fiber.

Maneuverability in every condition. Faresin has designed the machine from the farmer’s perspective to ensure accessibility through low-height passages despite its impressive size. The 3 steered axles, with the front and rear drive axles having permanent four-wheel drive, and the servo-hydraulic steering on all axles are critical elements that reduce maneuvering space even in small stables and allow the machine to travel on the road in great comfort.

ECOTRONIC: Optimisation, automation, reduced consumption. In 2017, with the launch of the first PF series, Faresin launched the “laboratory on wheels” design concept characterized by integrating the Polispec NIR with the machine to guarantee unifeed quality. With ECOTRONIC we go one step further, transforming processing into a truly automated industrial process. This new system interconnects all the devices of the machine and makes it possible, starting from the recipe, to program all its activities according to the raw materials that are gradually loaded. A process that guarantees, thanks to strict parameters, optimal management of all loading, cutting, and mixing equipment to prepare a unifeed of the best possible quality.

ECOTRONIC, thanks to automation, also optimizes the use of energy, dosing it according to the needs of each process operation. This reduces consumption and creates structural sustainability.

The optimization of resources also extends to the work of the operator who, thanks to simplification, becomes an operator with no special professional skills.

Thanks to intelligent process automation, LEADER PF3, the flagship of the Faresin line up, opens up a new avenue for the growth of livestock farms, in terms of quality and profitability. Innovative technologies which will soon be extended to the Italian brand’s entire range of mixer wagons.

FS 7.32 Compact: the first of the Next Generation

The FS 7.32 Compact, with 3,2 ton maximum lifting capacity and a maximum lifting height of 7.1 m, is a machine that sets a new standard in the Compact segment. It has been designed from the ground up to respond to an increasingly evolving demand and growing environmental awareness in all sectors. A true “systemic” response that puts the FS 7.32 Compact at the top of its segment because it affects all the main functions of the machine and puts the operator at the centre, the link between the vehicle, its management and functional and service control.

The new FS range is designed for future developments in interconnection and the “internet of things” and it’s characterised by an innovative design based on a Faresin R&D idea and developed in collaboration with prestigious specialised studios and partners at the forefront of executive technology. Lowered and tilted to slope over the front right wheel, the new bonnet defines a new level of visibility for telehandlers. The machine is also available with a lowered cab, with a maximum height of 2.06 m, to be used on poultry farms.

The hydraulic part is the real muscle of the machine as it is oversized to guarantee versatility of use with flow rates from 120 to 180 litres/min, depending on the set-up, capable of ensuring rapid work cycles.

6.26 Full Electric: sustainability that works

Faresin’s 6.26 Full Electric telehandler is quickly conquering the global market. Thanks to this telehandler, presented in 2018 at Eima as the first electric in the world, Faresin is in a position of competitive advantage over the top players in the sector.

Agile, quiet, and sustainable. Faresin 6.26 Full Electric telehandler is suitable for any type of usage, thanks to its 2.6 ton lifting capacity and a maximum height reach of 6m. Twin of the diesel-powered version, it was created to be the equivalent eco-friendly alternative. Faresin’s 6.26 Full Electric is intended for use where emissions and noise must be limited, such as construction sites at night, zero-emission residential areas, livestock farms, greenhouses, and food handling areas such as cold rooms, wine cellars, food laboratories, etc.
