Fassi and Marrel participate in the Eurosatory 2018 show

From 11th to 15th June Fassi and Marrel will take part in the 2018 edition of the Eurosatory fair at the exhibition centre in Paris-Nord Villepinte. This event is held every two years in France and brings together Europe's largest defence and security companies. The 2016 edition saw the participation of more than 57,000 visitors from 140 countries with the presence of 1571 exhibitors from 57 countries. Eurosatory is a reference point for those who work daily in the field of security control, alarms and emergency response, as well as civil security. Fassi and Marrel add their interesting and innovative handling and lifting systems for logistics to the wide range of advanced technologies applied to equipment/systems. At stand B231 in the Pe6B outdoor area (which will cover an area of 143 square metres), the Italian and French companies belonging to the Fassi group will exhibit two specially equipped vehicles. These are: 1) an all-wheel drive Mercedes Zentos off-road vehicle developed by the French specialist defence company Soframe, designed for extreme environments and fitted with a dynamic F195A.2.22 crane, with which to move defence or logistical equipment, and 2) a Marrel Ampliroll AL16500 DM telescopic mobile hook loading system.

Thanks to 53 years’ worth of exclusive expertise in the design and construction of over 150,000 hydraulic cranes for trucks, Fassi Gru has an extraordinary skillset at its disposal to meet the needs of the armed and civil protection forces. Fassi solutions make up a complete range, suitable for logistical and environmental operations in which load handling requires speed, precision, manoeuvrability and operational safety. Fassi collaborates with the most important vehicle manufacturers and has numerous supplies of vehicles to its credit, in particular for the armies and for the forces engaged in peace missions. Fassi cranes can be combined with different types of vehicles thanks to installations that meet various requirements for handling loads.
