FASSI GRU AT BAUMA 2013

Fassi Gru S.p.A. will be at the 30th Edition of Bauma to reaffirm its technological leadership at the most important international event in the world of constructions.

Fassi Gru, world leader in the lifting sector, will be on hand at Bauma 2013, the most important international tradeshow dedicated to the building sector, to be held in Munich from April 15th until the 21st. Now in its 30th edition, Bauma has always been a privileged venue for the construction world, a chance to present the most innovative solutions to sector professionals from all over the world.

In fact, Bauma 2013 may be getting ready to exceed the numbers of the 2010 edition, also afflicted by the ash cloud erupted by the Icelandic volcano which caused the grounding of many flights. In spite of the ash cloud, the 555,000 square meters of the 2010 trade fair attracted a total of 3256 operators representing 53 countries, with 420,000 visitors from 200 countries.

The Fassi Gru stand will be located in Outdoor Area North, stand N824/1, and will cover a surface area of 540 square metres. The stand will feature a futuristic structure in PVC with weft in inflatable nylon that, in addition to its attractive look, emphasizes  the company’s desire to travel down new paths, with the innovation of industrial products but also from an image standpoint.

Important new products will be on display at the stand. For example, the Fassi F120B and F125A cranes, which follow the F110B model launched at the Siae 2012, featuring a system with one or two lifting links (respectively identified by the acronyms F120B.1/F120B.2 and F125A.1/F125A.2) to further improve performances and efficiency. In the case of the F125A, the exclusive device for automatic dynamic control is also fitted on a light range crane. The F1950RAL+L816 crane, which offers the largest reach ever developed by Fassi. The S Series, a complete range designed above all for the German market. Also on display, a medium range model equipped with SmartApp System, with the possibility to carry out on-site tests.

In the meantime, accounts were gathered concerning the use on the field of the Fassi SmartApp System, the first remote assistance service from smartphone developed for the lifting sector. All positive comments from which one can infer the important advantages for the user, in terms of convenience and control over the job being performed.

A presence in the pursuit of technological innovation, also underscored by the announcement of the company’s sponsorship of the SBK World Championship, which will see the Fassi Gru brand display at all racetracks throughout the world, alongside the riders who compete in the Superbike Championship.
