The family-owned REFORM-WERKE company counts on dedicated and well-trained employees. Professional apprentice training plays a particularly important role in the company. A total of 35 technical apprentices are currently engaged in metal technology, design and agricultural engineering. Especially booming currently is „mechanical engineering“, which 9 of the 10 apprentices have chosen, who started at REFORM at the beginning of September 2015.
In addition to solid technical training and an excellent work atmosphere, REFORM offers its apprentices extensive development opportunities, such as language training, apprenticeship with Matura graduation, and excursions. As part of the apprenticeship academy, the apprentices attend the two-day seminars on „TEAM WORK. Together we reach more“, „SAFE& HEALTHY“ and „BUSINESS TRAINING. We take action“. REFORM promotes and strengthens the personal and social competence of each individual apprentice. REFORM aims to recruit its professionals, specialists and managers from within its own ranks and offers many great opportunities.
