Germany's best employer: AGRAVIS at the top once again

With the 2nd place in the Wholesaler category, AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG secured a place at the top among Germany's best employers. For the second time in a row, the agricultural trade company based in Münster and Hanover was praised in the nationwide "Best Employer Award" from the news magazine Focus in cooperation with the employment portals Xing and Kununu, and was awarded the title "Top National Employer 2015".

AGRAVIS won a place in the top group in three categories. In the overall ranking of all participating companies, AGRAVIS was ranked 140th.

The prize was presented to Alexander Schmidt, head of AGRAVIS Personnel Development, and Thorsten Krüger, AGRAVIS Personnel Manager, at an awards ceremony.

In the wholesale category, AGRAVIS cam 2nd among large companies with more than 2,000 employees. A large number of famous employers have been left behind as a result. In the area of Commodities, Energy, Supply and Disposal, 7th place stood out among the large companies, again ahead of other famous groups. In the retail category, 8th place was awarded among companies with more than 2,000 employees.

The opinions of employees from all careers and age groups were surveyed in order to determine the ranking. Additionally, employer evaluations in the online portal Kununu were included in the full evaluation. Overall, the best 806 employers with more than 500 employees in 22 branches were ranked.
