"Getting to know machines and contacts": training course for new dealer ASCENDUM

"All systems go!" This slogan is an apt description of basic dealer training. At the SENNEBOGEN Academy, participants from the new Austrian dealer, Ascendum Baumaschinen Österreich GmbH, were instructed in theory and practice and enjoyed the Straubing air.

Ascendum came from Austria with a large team. 23 participants from service, customer service, sales, and parts familiarized themselves with SENNEBOGEN's green philosophy. A visit to the Erich Sennebogen Museum and tours of the plants in Straubing and Wackersdorf motivated the team to begin selling the handling machines with great vigor.

Beyond the training, it was a great opportunity to strengthen personal contact with management and internal contacts. In the SENNEBOGEN Academy's modern rooms the training team, led by Werner Ibler, instructed the newcomers on the current state of the art, explained initial servicing actions, and addressed maintenance and spare parts service procedures. The day ended with a test drive of the handling machines on the company's own testing ground. At the evening event, it quickly became clear that Ascendum and SENNEBOGEN were going to make a great team. Here's to the teamwork to come!
