Grenzebach Automation GmbH present themselves with their complete portfolio in the field of automation in Intralogistics: Besides the 'goods-to-man' order picking system G-Com and with G-Pro, the automated guided vehicles for goods movement in production Grenzebach supplies further automated guided vehicles, gripper and robot systems as well as material handling cells.

G-Com, the system for modern Intralogistics

G-Com, the flexible and scalable Intralogistics system, which was presented at the LogiMat 2014 for the first time to the wider specialist public is already used at the BLG Handelslogistic GmbH & Co.KG. Picking is carried out with a total of 800 racks and 74 carries at 5 picking stations.

The G-Com is based on the idea of a mobile order picking warehouse. Compared to the usual warehouse applications the racks are full automatically transported to a pick station. The transport vehicles with a low overall height travel beneath the mobile good holder, lift it and transport it towards the picking place. The way leading there is determined by the Grenzebach "Fleet Manager".

Create order by means of chaos

G-Com allows a clearly more efficient warehousing by means of fully chaotic warehousing. Due to the specific properties of the G-Com it is suited to check individually different warehousing types, in order to conceive the system with the maximum economic efficiency.

Broad-based portfolio

Driverless transport systems from Grenzebach and SNOX Automation (a company of the Grenzebach group) permit the automation of transport tasks in the warehouse and in the production. The G-Pro transports various goods on different transport carriages. The standard forklift (truck) operates in even the most confined spaces in the weight category from 400 kg to 4 tons for a lifting height of up to 5m. In the case of demanding logistic requirements these vehicles can be individually adapted to operational criteria.

During mixed palletizing and depalletizing robots perform the most complex tasks by means of innovative gripper and control system technologies.
