Grimme got a new management structure

The family company founded in 1861 which is active in over 110 countries around the world, grew strongly in the last years. 12 sales and service subsidiaries as well as the companies Spudnik, ASA-LIFT, Kleine and Internorm belong beside the Grimme Landmaschinenfabrik (agricultural machinery factory) to the Grimme Group. More than 2,000 employees are working for the Grimme Group. 

To coordinate the future challenges for the whole group got the Grimme Group as well as the Grimme Landmaschinenfabrik a new management structure. Effective July 1st, 2016 the Grimme Group is directed by the managing directors Franz Grimme, Franz-Bernd Kruthaup and Jens Walter. 

The management team of the Grimme Landmaschinenfabrik are the managing directors Sebastian Talg (sales) , Carsten Seelke (engineering) and Richard Weiß (purchase and pro-duction) as well as the authorised officer Henk Gövert (com-mercial department). Furthermore Christoph Grimme, the son of Franz Grimme completes the management team also as authorised officer. The 28 year old engineer is responsible for the international production and holds the project management for the new factory in China. 

Felix Lingens, the former member of the management team, becomes the new managing director of the web production in the Niedersachsenpark. It will start January 1, 2017 as an in-dependent company.
Roland Kratz (General Sales Manager Sugar Beet Machinery Division) leaves the company at is own request after 13 years.
Franz Grimme thanks Roland Kratz for his exceptional service and for bringing in his high experience.



"These changes give a clear signal for further growth and the expansion of the potato, beet and vegetable technology busi-nesses. Furthermore I am delighted that my son Christoph takes over management responsibility in the Landmaschinen-fabrik", said Franz Grimme.
