  • HARDI reintroduces the NK lift-mounted sprayer with enhanced tank capacities of 600, 800, and 1000 liters and updated design features.

  • The sprayer combines proven components like the 364/7 diaphragm pump and MB booms with straightforward, user-friendly operation including remote section control from the tractor cab.

  • Its compact, low center of gravity chassis and manual boom folding support easy handling and routine servicing.

  • The new NK model will be available from spring 2027, with dealers offering advice on tank size, boom options, and equipment configurations.

Proven spraying technology and straightforward operation are at the heart of the new HARDI NK. The series continues the tradition of a robust lift-mounted sprayer for professional crop protection, with greater tank capacity, an updated design and remote section control. The NK is available with 600, 800 and 1000 litre tanks and 10 or 12 metre MB booms.

The new NK is designed for farms looking for HARDI quality with straightforward operation. It combines proven components with practical equipment in a simple design that supports both everyday spraying and routine servicing.

The powder-coated chassis has a low centre of gravity close to the tractor. Combined with manually folded booms, this creates a compact lift-mounted sprayer, while the remotely operated EVC control unit allows spraying to be controlled from the tractor cab.

Greater tank capacity and an integrated rinse tank

The largest NK model grows from 800 to 1000 litres, providing 25 percent more spray liquid per fill. The 600 and 800 litre models remain in the range, allowing growers to choose a tank size to suit their farm and the tractor’s lifting capacity.

The tanks are made from high-impact polyethylene with a deep sump to aid emptying. An integrated rinse tank is standard: 72 litres on the 600 litre model and 110 litres on the 800 and 1000 litre models. Pressure agitation keeps the spray liquid moving.

MB booms with manual folding

The NK comes with the proven MB boom in working widths of 10 or 12 metres. The manually folded boom has the same polyester powder coating as the chassis. Its simple construction keeps the boom close to the tractor and the layout straightforward.

TRIPLET nozzle holders are standard, allowing three nozzles to be fitted to each holder. An optional hydraulic boom lift allows height adjustment from the tractor cab.

Proven diaphragm pump with straightforward servicing

Liquid handling is based on HARDI’s 364/7 diaphragm pump, delivering up to 140 litres per minute. The pump is self-priming and can run dry without damage. Its diaphragms separate the spray liquid from the bearings, crankshaft and other vital pump components.

The design includes chemical-resistant diaphragms and valves, and the pump can be serviced without special tools. Routine maintenance can therefore be carried out with ordinary tools, supporting the series’ focus on simple, reliable technology.

TurboFiller is offered for filling and induction of crop protection products. It brings product handling together at the sprayer, providing a practical workflow when preparing for work in the field.

Section control from the tractor cab

The remotely operated EVC control unit has three boom sections that can be controlled from the cab. The main on/off function returns liquid to the tank when spraying stops. HARDI-MATIC helps maintain the application rate as PTO speed varies. A top-mounted suction filter and a pressure filter for each boom section complete the liquid system.

The new HARDI NK is available to order now. The first machines are scheduled for delivery to agricultural machinery dealers from spring 2027. HARDI dealers can advise on tank size, boom and equipment.
