High performance recirculating impact crusher

The McCloskeyTM I54Rv3 Impactor has been designed with durability, power and ease of use in mind. Offering a full crushing, screening and recirculating system, the I54Rv3 allows operators to produce a high quality final product with one machine. The crusher comes with various blow bar options, and discharges material onto an optional vibratory underpan, or directly onto a fulllength main conveyor.

Available in  2 or 1.5 deck variants, the crusher features a 6’ x 14’ (1830 x 4287mm) recirculating screen. The I54Rv3 is versatile and easily transported. It has a minimal setup time, maximizing on-site production time. The I54Rv3’s versatility and upgraded design makes it ideal for some of the toughest applications worldwide, including concrete and asphalt recycling, rock crushing, and construction and demolition recycling.

RADIAL RECIRC RETURN CONVEYOR

Allows operators to recirculate oversize materials from the screenbox back through the crusher or to stockpile at heights over 11 feet.

MAIN  CONVEYOR

Wide 55” (1400mm) main conveyor, giving large stockpile capacity. Conveyor lowers and raises hydraulically.

IMPACT CHAMBER

A 48” x 53” (1200mm x 1350mm), four bar impactor rotor with a 53.5” x 37” (1360mm x 950mm) feed opening.

HOPPER

6.8m3 (8.9yd3) hopper features hydraulic locking wedges and side locking wedges that are easily operated from the ground.

DOUBLE DECK GRIZZLY PRE-SCREEN

Large crusher pre-screen maximizes crusher efficiency and delivers screened product via a straight chute to a 32” side conveyor.
