Ideal for many applications including for the construction, the shipbuilding industry, chemical, petrochemical and the aviation industries, this range of machines is unsurpassed in many key areas.

The best performance in its class:

  • The best working envelope

  • The fastest lifting speed

  • Fully proportional and simultaneous movements

  • Results in optimum productivity

An unmatched working envelope

At all levels, the HT23 RTJ break records

  • Platform working height 22.5m

  • Horizontal outreach 18.3m, around 1m higher than industry standards

  • Dual load system, available as an option, for a lifting capacity up to 450 kg

An incomparable lifting speed

The best lifting speed: just 56 seconds to reach full height, increasing productivity two fold in this product segment.

An optimal maneuverability

  • The best turning radius of its class with 4 wheels steer and drive making it easy to operate on congested building sites and in tight spaces.

  • Steering selector with 3 positions: two-wheel steer, four wheel steer and crab mode. With centralized control, the four wheels are controlled simultaneously, allowing the steering movements to operate more quickly and safely.

  • High level of driving control at full speed, with jib raised, for better visibility of the wheels and obstacles.

High rough terrain capability

The telescopic boom HT23 RTJ has oscillating axles as standard and automatic differential lock which give excellent rough-terrain operating performance

Comfort, reliability and safety are our top priority

The booms HT23 RTJ has been specifically designed in order to ensure the best rigidity of the market.

For unmatched performance in terms of simultaneous movements, special care has been taken to optimize the capacity of hydraulic circuit. The operator can achieve maximum control in safety and comfort.

The chassis is fully hydraulic driven making the machine extreme reliable. The booms have been designed using simple sensor technology and the working envelope is managed mechanically.

The upper control box is now more durable and reliable (waterproof level increased, labels with UV filter, cover and tool tray as a standard).

Easy maintenance

All components have been selected meet the highest standards

  • Kubota engine : for the most reliable and quietest machine in its class

  • Bosch Joystick

  • Sauer, Bosch and Hydraforce for hydraulic components

  • Deutsch connectors

The steering cylinders are mounted inside the chassis in order to be fully protected. All moving parts are equipped with lubrication points for simplicity of maintenance and extended component life.

The components that need to be maintained are easily accessible and the machine has a swing out engine tray.

Extension of the boom is performed by cables; it is no longer necessary to dismantle the boom to replace the extension system. Components are easy to access and to maintain. A diagnostic display for fault and service alerts is integrated on the lower control box showing error codes and allows a pre diagnosis.

The HT23 RTJ is the first machine to have the new Haulotte fully modular basket which is easy and cost effective to repair. It is possible to replace only the damaged component instead of changing the whole basket.
