The specialist for fertilisers and OEM seed drill technology RAUCH now presents the new pneumatic combined machine AirGreen 6.1 which was especially designed for fertilisers and greening. From the beginning, the combined application options in fertilisation and surface sowing were key. The combined use increases the efficiency and cost effectiveness and at the same time opens up new application potential in professional crop production.

AirGreen 6.1 stands out due to its large 600 litre tank with an easily accessible loading opening. It can be attached easily and quickly to conventional passive tillage machines using the EasyFix system. Via the standard loading platform including access ladder, the AirGreen can be loaded comfortably in no time. Metering is speed-dependent or is done using the QUANTRON-C electronic metering unit. All important functions: Application rate, blower RPM, forward speed, level sensor and the automatic metering shut-down system with position sensor are adjusted and monitored using the large, clearly arranged colour display. The high-quality stainless steel metering unit with electric drive can be elegantly switched from normal to fine grains.

The result: Whether it is fertiliser, seeds, fine seeds or field beans, QUANTRON-C meters with high precision and reliability.

The hydraulic, controllable blower drive ensures a continuous air flow and optimises the performance requirements. Even with large working widths, the high position of the distributor head ensures a favourable hose incline and high spreading accuracy with minimum risk of blockage. Thanks to specific distributor heads for fertilisers and seeds, the AirGreen achieves high efficiency and cost effectiveness in any application.
