  • JENZ introduced the new D1.3 rotor, featuring an optimized chip flow, modified blade holder, and no counterweights, resulting in less jamming and more homogeneous wood chips.

  • The new screen technology includes S and L screen baskets with staggered rows of holes and finely tuned lamella profiles, reducing fines and excess lengths.

  • The L-Screen fills the gap between the M-Screen and XL-Screen, while the S-Screen has been further developed for better chip flow and reduced overlengths.

  • The easy2advanced control system offers intuitive operation, practical assistance functions, and three presettable chipping modes for different application scenarios.

  • The control system includes a customizable user interface with up to five driver profiles, ergonomic multifunctional joysticks, and fast fault diagnostics with online support from JENZ Service.

It was a pleasure for technology enthusiasts: With the presentation of the new D1.3 rotor, JENZ impressively demonstrated how well thought-out further development can lead to noticeably better results. The revised unit scores with a clearly optimised chip flow, which has been achieved through a new balancing system, a modified blade holder and the deliberate omission of counterweights. The result is clear for the user: less jamming, no compression, significantly reduced fines and therefore a particularly homogeneous wood chip that not only burns efficiently but can also be stored better.

But JENZ did not stop at the rotor. The screening technology has also been noticeably improved. New screen baskets in sizes S and L with staggered rows of holes and finely tuned lamella profiles.

These allow the user to react flexibly to a wide range of requirements - without compromising on quality. The focus is on reducing fines and excess lengths.

The newly introduced L-Screen closes the existing gap between the M-Screen and the XL-Screen as an additional screen level.

At the same time, the S-Screent has been further developed and adapted even more consistently to practical requirements. A larger perforation in combination with newly integrated lamellas significantly improves the chip flow, which leads to greater homogeneity and reduced overlengths, particularly in the production of fine chopped material.

The interplay of mechanics and electronics is completed by the intelligent easy2advanced control system.

easy2 advanced, JENZ offers a modern machine control system that is specifically tailored to the requirements of professional chipper operation. The focus here is on intuitive operating logic, practical assistance functions and support for the driver in all relevant process steps. The control system has three presettable chipping modes that allow the machine to be quickly adapted to different application scenarios - for example to changing materials or performance requirements. The structured menu navigation also helps less experienced operators to quickly find the right settings and thus avoid operating errors.A smooth material flow is supported by integrated assistance systems that react to load situations in real time and take the strain off the operator. The system is complemented by powerful hardware, including a large touch display and ergonomic multifunctional joysticks.Special attention is paid to the customisable user interface: up to five driver profiles can be created, including individual joystick assignment and axis configuration - for greater efficiency in shift operation or with changing driver teams.

In the event of faults or service requirements, easy2 advanced also offers fast fault diagnostics - with direct online support from JENZ Service if required. The control system therefore not only contributes to productivity, but also to the availability and operational reliability of the machine in daily use.
