KUHN introduces the ISOBUS MOWER CONTROL kit to enhance mowing operations by enabling full machine control from the tractor cab.
-
The system supports ergonomic operation via AUX-N-certified joysticks and ISOBUS terminals including CCI 60, 800, 1200, and CCI A3.
-
Key functions controlled include automated headland-turn sequences, suspension adjustments, folding/unfolding, area monitoring, and section control for efficient mowing.
-
Users can choose between the advanced ISOBUS control or the simpler KFA control box based on their preference for functionality or simplicity.
Revolutionise your mowing task with KUHN’s ISOBUS MOWER CONTROL kit!
User-comfort, ergonomics, and more functions controlled from the cab.
Check out the ISOBUS MOWER CONTROL kit created for large-width mowing units and KUHN’s new disc mowers introduced this year.
Feel the benefit of a more practical control system, by managing all machine functions from the tractor cab with the tractor’s existing ISOBUS terminal or KUHN’s ISOBUS CCI 60, CCI 800 or CCI 1200 solutions.
Create a more ergonomic working environment by having the different machine functions displayed as icons on an AUX-N-certified joystick or an ISOBUS CCI A3 joystick.
You can control all the following functions with the ISOBUS MOWER CONTROL kit:
-
Mowing units: headland-turn sequences by simply pressing the Go-End button. The front and rear mowing units are raised and lowered in a sequence chosen by the operator. The sequence is easy to modify.
-
Mowing unit suspension: adjustments are made to suit working conditions and ground speed directly. This reduces energy consumption and wear.
-
AUX-N: users can see all machine functions directly on the touchscreen of the CCI A3 joystick.
-
Folding and unfolding: just a button to press on the ISOBUS terminal to trigger the mower’s automatic folding and unfolding sequences. A function that saves time.
-
Area counters: precise monitoring of the area worked facilitates managing jobs already done.
-
Section Control: raises and lowers each mowing unit automatically at headlands or in field points depending on whether the area has been worked already.
The simple and user-friendly KFA control box is still available for customers who wish to use it to control their machines.
The choice of machine control is up to the user and depends on individual needs for either simplicity or being able to control more functions from the cab.
