Cup foam lance accelerates cleaning process

Kärcher developed a new accessory for high-pressure cleaners that simplifies handling and accelerates the cleaning process. The DUO Advanced cup foam lance not only applies foam, but also allows the changeover to the high-pressure jet without having to change the spray lance. This saves valuable time, e.g., when cleaning vehicles or disinfecting barns.

The bottle of the DUO Advanced cup foam lance holds two litres, whereby even large areas can be foamed at once without having to top up the cleaning agent. Its non-slip and sturdy housing made of nickel-plated brass ensures high stability and is resistant to very acidic and alkaline cleaning agents. There is a controller on the head of the cup foam lance which controls the channel in the cup foam lance at the touch of a button and thus allows the changeover between high-pressure jet and foam. The latter can be dosed in three stages – the adjustment of the spray angle also ensures a precise foam jet during the application. This allows targeted work even across longer distances. Thanks to the mix of water, cleaning agent and air, the foam from cup foam lances adheres well to surfaces, reacts well and achieves an efficient cleaning result.

The cup foam lance is available in three different versions, which are distinguished by their flow rate of water and the nozzle size. While the DUO Advanced 1 and DUO Advanced 2 cup foam lances are suitable for high-pressure cleaners without servo control function, the DUO Advanced 3 cup foam lance is perfect for machines with servo control application. They are machines with which the water volume and pressure control can be carried out at the spray gun. All three models of the cup foam lance can also be used with a 1 litre bottle.
