Komatsu Europe International N.V. Announces New Warranty for Wheeled Excavators

Covers repaircosts on new machines for 5 years or 5.000 hrs.

Komatsu construction equipment is renowned in the industry for offering high quality and reliable equipment to customers, and Komatsu wheeled excavators are no exception.

Today, Komatsu Europe further backs up its promise of quality with a new extended warranty, which comes free of charge (*) with orders for new Komatsu wheeled excavators (>11tonnes**) placed before December 31 2015. For 5 years or 5.000 hrs, this extended warranty covers costs for possible repairs, including parts and labour, should a defect occur.

Conditions include the activation of KOMTRAX™, Komatsu’s exclusive telematics system, and the performance of all maintenance as described in the Operation Manual.

Komatsu Care®, Komatsu’s complimentary maintenance program, is also available on most EU Stage IIIB Komatsu machines. For the first three years or 2.000 hours, it covers factory-scheduled maintenance, performed by Komatsu-trained technicians with Komatsu Genuine parts.
