TERRA 

Terra is an entrance door that reinterprets the concept of the door as a three-dimensional object. Its design is inspired by the contour lines of a topographical map. The lines of the map are transferred onto the vertical surface, each forming the contours of overlapping aluminium panels. These layers gradually recede, revealing a deeper core of aluminium, stone or toughened safety glass. This sense of depth renders a traditional handle obsolete – the handle becomes an integrated part of the door, blending seamlessly with the door frame.

LETTER

Letter is an entrance door that boldly transforms a flat surface into a three-dimensional form. Its design is based on the concept of a single line that emanates from a flat surface and pulls the surrounding surfaces forward. This innovative approach allows for smooth opening and closing without the need for a traditional handle; instead, the raised surfaces form a functional slot. The production process reflects the simplicity of the form: a single aluminium sheet is bent to achieve the final shape.

Ampatex® A primo plus

With Ampatex® A primo plus, Ampack is introducing a world first: the first non-combustible vapour barrier with an sd value of 50 m. The high-performance membrane is classified as fire class A2-s1, d0 and meets the RF1 classification – a clear advantage for modern timber construction with heightened fire safety requirements. The membrane combines reliable moisture protection with reflective properties to reduce heat loss.

Ampatop® A silver plus

Ampatop® A silver plus is a vapour-permeable roofing and cladding membrane with a reflective surface, designed for energy-efficient building envelopes. It is classified as fire class A2-s1, d0 and meets the requirements of the RF1 classification. The reflective coating reduces the heating of building components, for example in rear-ventilated facades or beneath photovoltaic systems.

Ampatop® A black Ampatop®

A black has been developed for architecturally sophisticated, open facades. The matt black surface provides a high-quality appearance whilst ensuring reliable performance. The membrane is classified as fire class A2-s1, d0 and complies with the RF1 classification. As a vapour-permeable facade membrane, it supports the moisture balance of the structure and contributes to safe fire behaviour.

AM PANEL - Fencing systems

We are AM Panel, a Polish manufacturer of fencing systems based in Dębno, just a few kilometres from the German border. We have been consistently expanding our production since 2015. Our production is based in our own modern factory buildings, utilising automated welding systems and one of the most advanced powder coating facilities in Europe.

We manufacture complete fencing systems: double-wire mesh panels, posts, wicket gates, swing and sliding gates, as well as matching fixings and accessories. As we manufacture everything ourselves, we know exactly what goes into our products. We monitor every stage of the production process and ensure that the fence panels are straight, the welded joints are strong, and the coatings are durable and hard-wearing. It is important to us that every product leaving our factory meets high quality standards.

We supply our products to customers in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France and Switzerland, as well as to Eastern Europe. We have been working successfully with many of our customers for years.

AVANT Tecno will showcase versatile machine solutions for construction, municipal work and landscaping at NordBau 2026. The focus will be on the company’s compact AVANT multifunction loaders, combining high manoeuvrability and lifting capacity with a broad range of applications. More than 270 attachments allow a single loader to handle tasks ranging from material transport and earthmoving to cleaning, grounds maintenance, demolition and servicing. A hydraulic quick coupling enables attachments to be changed rapidly.

Another key focus is AVANT’s electric E-Series, designed for quiet and emission-free operation in urban, residential and other noise-sensitive environments. The new e727 offers a lifting capacity of up to 1,400 kg, an intelligent Autoshift function and extended operating time. The portfolio is complemented by self-propelled access platforms from Leguan Lifts. BESSEY Tool GmbH & Co. KG - BEYCEPS

The new BEYCEPS – for powerful, ergonomic and safe one-handed assembly

BESSEY Tool is presenting the new BEYCEPS one-handed assembly tool at NordBau. The clamping tool specialist from Bietigheim-Bissingen is targeting users in assembly, timber construction and workshops who need to precisely lift, lower, align, spread or clamp workpieces. The BEYCEPS achieves a lifting force of up to 180 kg and can be operated with one hand. A top-mounted pump handle made of two-component plastic, along with separate levers for fine lowering and release, are designed to improve ergonomics and workplace safety.

The enclosed mechanism protects against dust, dirt and chips; protective caps supplied with the tool safeguard sensitive surfaces. The working range for lifting and spreading is from 5 to 230 mm; when converted without tools for clamping, it ranges from 170 to 390 mm. In addition, the BEY-IK Installation Kit extends the working range to up to 620 mm with a load capacity of 60 kg.

BG BAU - Berufsgenossenschaft der Bauwirtschaft - Health and Safety at Work

The German Construction Industry Accident Insurance Association (BG BAU) is committed to promoting safe and healthy working practices. Wherever construction, renovation, demolition, cleaning or craft work is taking place, it supports construction companies and private clients in identifying hazards at an early stage and creating safe working conditions.

At NordBau, BG BAU invites visitors to experience occupational safety in a practical setting. The focus is on working safely at height, fall prevention and ergonomic working practices. Visitors can find out more directly at the BG BAU stand, ask questions and talk to the supervisors and prevention experts. Advice on other occupational health and safety and prevention topics is also available at the stand.

A range of exhibits are on display for vivid live demonstrations:

• In timber construction, driving in large or long screws requires a great deal of force and generates high torque. The screw-in aid significantly reduces typical accident and strain risks. It prevents slipping, reduces the amount of force required and the need for awkward postures, thereby enabling more ergonomic and safer working. Visitors can try out the screw-in aid at the exhibition stand.

• When assembling walls and components in timber construction, diagonal braces ensure reliable stability. They prevent components from tipping over, slipping or sagging, thereby protecting workers from crushing, tripping and falling accidents. A timber structure is used to clearly demonstrate how diagonal braces secure components during assembly.

• When attaching or removing prefabricated components in workshops or on building sites, the use of automatic hooks with remote release can significantly reduce the risk of falling from a height. They therefore offer a safe alternative to working from a ladder.

In addition, the Occupational Health Service (AMD) of BG BAU provides information about its services and answers questions relating to occupational health check-ups and health and safety. Eye tests can also be carried out on site.

Our subsidiary, BfGA – Beratungsgesellschaft für Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz mbH, will also be represented at the stand. Their experts are on hand to provide information on issues relating to occupational health and safety in the workplace and safety engineering support.

As well as advising commercial enterprises, we also cater for private building contractors. At the BG BAU stand, they can find answers to questions regarding compulsory insurance, contribution levels, membership and the correct reporting procedures.

With the PROGRESSOR 1, CONDTROL presents a patent-protected world first for the construction and finishing trades. The DAIKIN Altherma 4 H has been designed to provide you with a reliable and sustainable heating system, while meeting the highest safety standards for handling the R-290 coolant. Numerous innovative features, specially developed by DAIKIN, ensure optimal system operation and guarantee a comfortable, constant level of warmth. The system is available in output sizes of 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 and 14 kW and achieves impressive efficiency figures with a COP of up to 5.17 (4–7 kW) or up to 5.5 (8–14 kW). DERIX-Gruppe - Hitachi Columbus Campus Mannheim

The Hitachi Columbus Campus in Mannheim is a forward-looking corporate headquarters being built using a sustainable hybrid timber construction method, with a total floor area of 17,600 m². The DERIX Group is constructing the load-bearing structure using glued laminated timber and X-LAM, and is supplying around 4,200 m³ of timber, which will sequester approximately 3,900 tonnes of CO₂ in the long term.

The building has already been awarded DGNB Platinum pre-certification and has been recognised by the City of Mannheim as a flagship project of the Local Green Deal. The campus combines innovative architecture, the highest sustainability standards and circular construction to create a forward-looking working environment for around 750 employees.

DEVELON - DX160WE–7K, DX23E-7

DEVELON will showcase a diverse machine portfolio at NordBau 2026, with a focus on performance, efficiency and safety. The exhibits include wheeled and crawler excavators, electrically powered equipment and a dozer. A key machine is the DX160WE-7K wheeled excavator, which combines optimised weight distribution, a longer wheelbase and different counterweight options to provide high stability. Safety features include rear and side cameras, anti-slip steps and platforms, and upper-structure safety rails. An optional 360° Around View Monitor with ultrasonic detection further supports safe operation around personnel.

DEVELON will also present the DX23E-7 electric mini excavator, developed for applications where noise and emissions are important considerations. Based on the DX19-7 diesel model, it offers near-silent, low-vibration operation for urban jobsites and indoor work. A high-performance battery, fast charging, all-day operating capability and reduced daily maintenance are designed to minimise downtime. The Nordbau 2026 trade fair in Neumünster is set to reach new heights. Hebetechnik Wendel GmbH, based in Ried, Hesse, is taking part for the first time. The company has been successfully selling and hiring out cranes from the Italian manufacturer FB GRU for several years.

The rapid-erection cranes are particularly worth highlighting. These hydraulic cranes are the ideal solution for customers seeking quick and easy assembly and dismantling. Rapid-erection cranes are in high demand amongst tradespeople, who appreciate how easy they are to operate.

We are exhibiting: GA 727 D80 rapid-erection crane – new model

This crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 2,500 kg up to a radius of 9.50 m. Equipped with an 80 km/h high-speed axle, radio remote control and hydraulic manoeuvring steering, this crane is easy to move and set up. It can be operated not only on a 400 V supply, but also on a 230 V domestic mains supply.

The compact GA 724 under-swing jib crane, operated via radio remote control, impresses with its minimal space requirements. With a stabiliser footprint of just 3.3 x 3.3 metres and a slewing radius of only 1.9 metres, the crane fits into almost any gap on a building site.  With a maximum reach of 24 metres and a hook height of 19.9 metres, this manoeuvrable under-swing jib crane covers a large working area. It lifts loads of up to 2,000 kg and still delivers a remarkable lifting capacity of 750 kg even at the tip of the jib.

The HM004G is designed for heavy-duty demolition work. The cordless demolition hammer operates on 2 × 40 V XGT, achieves a single-blow energy of 72.8 joules and features, amongst other things, anti-vibration technology, soft start, Soft No Load and an AWS interface for the automatic control of a connected vacuum cleaner.

The HS013G cordless hand-held circular saw is fitted with a 415 mm saw blade and achieves cutting depths of up to 160 mm at 0°. It combines a pellet boiler, heat pump, battery storage, wallbox and the first ‘heat-intelligent’ energy management system on the market.

“If you really want to use energy efficiently, you have to think of heat and electricity together” – based on this approach, the company has developed a comprehensive, heat-intelligent integrated system. At its heart is the GreenBOX energy management unit, developed entirely in Austria. The key feature: as the first device of its kind, the GreenBOX proactively incorporates heat demand, which accounts for up to 70% of household energy consumption, into the electricity distribution.

Quiet, hybrid-compatible and equipped with the patented GreenMode, the GreenFOX monoblock heat pump is now available. With the GreenFOX 13/18, there is now a model version with a system output of 18 kW, which has been specially optimised for retrofitting existing buildings. At this year’s NordBau, we will be presenting the powerful and highly compact, tracked KEESTRACK R2h impact crusher for applications where a high degree of flexibility and mobility is essential.

The R2 is easy to operate and, depending on the feed material and final particle size, achieves a throughput of up to 150 t/h. The crusher’s design features are similar to those of the award-winning, larger R3 impact crusher. The hopper (3 m³) with integrated vibrating conveyor (3,300 x 810 mm) and pre-screen (1,250 x 810 mm) is also asymmetrically designed to feed the material smoothly into the crusher. The newly designed rotor, with a width of 840 mm and a diameter of 920 mm, is made from Hardox steel.

The rotor features the same low-wear design concept as the larger R3, R5 and R6 models. The rotor speed is variable, enabling the plant to handle a wide variety of applications. The fully equipped R2 impact crusher, complete with secondary screen (3,040 x 1,200 mm), oversize return conveyor, magnetic separator and air classifier, has a total weight of less than 27 t and a transport length of 13.05 m. The return conveyor can also be swivelled outwards to be used as a stockpile conveyor for oversize material.

When the diesel-hydraulic drive is selected, the R2h is powered by the new DEUTZ TCD 5.2 L4 EU Stage V engine, which is highly efficient, powerful and clean.

Table saws are typically used on paving sites to cut concrete blocks to size. This work often involves considerable strain on staff. In particular, high noise levels, dust generated during dry cutting or slurry during wet cutting, as well as the need to manually feed the material towards the rotating saw blade, present both ergonomic and safety challenges.

With this in mind, we have developed a new solution: the Optimas SilentCut 400.

The machine differs from conventional concrete block saws in several key respects:

1. Enclosed, noise-reducing design
The cutting unit is enclosed. This significantly reduces noise emissions. It is still possible to hold a conversation in the immediate vicinity of the machine, which considerably improves working conditions on the construction site.

2. Automatic feed of the saw blade
The cutting process is fully automatic. The feed speed adjusts to the thickness of the material. The operator no longer needs to manually push the stone past the saw blade, which significantly reduces the safety risk to hands and fingers.

3. Integrated extraction system for dust reduction
Dust generated during the cutting process is extracted directly. This significantly reduces dust exposure for staff and the surrounding construction site environment.

4. Improved working conditions and greater efficiency
Thanks to the automation of the cutting process, the operator is not tied to the machine for the entire duration of the cut and can carry out other tasks at the same time. At the same time, the cutting work becomes much more pleasant due to the reduced noise and dust levels.

Dry ice blasting with cryonomic equipment

Dry ice cleaning, also known as cryogenic cleaning, is a blasting technique similar to sandblasting, in which solid CO₂ or dry ice pellets are used.

Compared to chemical cleaning, sandblasting, high-pressure cleaning or mechanical brushing, dry ice blasting offers significant advantages – particularly where cleanliness, gentle treatment of materials and minimal downtime are required.

Dry ice blasting operates completely dry and leaves no residue. The pellets sublimate on impact – that is, they change directly from a solid to a gaseous state. No water, no blasting agent and no additional waste are left behind. Only the loosened contaminants are removed.

Expansion of Stiebel Eltron’s WPL-A air-to-water heat pump series

Stiebel Eltron has specifically expanded its wpnext-generation WPL-A air-to-water heat pump series: additional capacity ratings at both the lower and upper ends of the range – 5 kW and 17 kW – a white design variant to complement the existing anthracite finish, and further accessories to simplify installation. All of this is covered by a single platform. Building heating loads of 2 to 25 kW can thus be conveniently managed with the WPL-A series, with consistent system logic and high ease of installation.

New decentralised ventilation unit from Stiebel Eltron with humidity and heat recovery

With the LWE-W 100 P, Stiebel Eltron presents a new decentralised ventilation unit that scores points not only for its technical specifications but above all for its ease of installation: the pendulum fan can be fitted without tools. “The high heat recovery efficiency and quiet operation please end customers, whilst the ease of installation is important for the installer,” says Burkhard Max, Managing Director of Stiebel Eltron’s German sales company, describing the advantages of the new pendulum ventilator.

Stiebel Eltron’s wpnext series air-to-water heat pumps offer a heating capacity of between 5 and 17 kW as stand-alone units (at A-7/W35) – enabling them to supply buildings with heating requirements of 2 to 25 kW. “If higher outputs are required, cascades are the right solution,” says Burkhard Max, Managing Director of Stiebel Eltron Deutschland Vertriebsgesellschaft. The Holzminden-based heat pump supplier has developed the AHP-CM cascade module to ensure the quick and easy installation of such systems.

SunOyster Systems GmbH - Lightweight PV modules

Solar power despite challenging structural conditions: In addition to dual-axis solar trackers that follow the sun, SunOyster Systems offers a solution for roofs with low load-bearing capacity in the form of innovative lightweight PV modules.

SunOyster’s lightweight solar modules are bonded directly to the roof without penetrating it. This eliminates the need for a traditional substructure or ballasting. The low weight of typically just 5 kg/m² of roof area thus enables PV installation on the roofs (and façades) of many commercial halls and public buildings with load restrictions.

This means that roofs ‘previously thought to be unsuitable for solar energy’ can be utilised in an economically attractive way – the 440 Wp lightweight modules, with an efficiency of 22.2%, can be installed with minimal effort on almost all roof surfaces – from sanded bitumen, PVC sheeting, FPO and Eternit to corrugated sheet metal, as well as sloping roofs and façades.

2. This year, we are also showcasing our latest PRISMA® PVT RBT hybrid collector. Thanks to its rear vacuum insulation, it also enables applications at higher temperature levels. This means it can also be installed in systems fuelled by fossil fuels or biomass. The PRISMA PVT RBT is based on a full-black double-glazed solar module.

Like the Prisma PVT RBX model launched by TWL-Technologie in 2025, the new collector also features a roll-bonded heat exchanger on the rear. This technology involves bonding aluminium sheets together through a rolling process. The AI-optimised channel system between the sheets ensures optimum heat transportation.

Whilst TWL-Technologie GmbH designed the RBX variant for use with brine heat pumps, the new collector was developed for higher temperature levels. Thanks to its insulation using vacuum panels, the Prisma PVT RBT achieves temperatures of approximately 60 to 65 degrees Celsius in summer, which can be utilised directly, for example to supply hot water to buildings.

For smaller and urban jobsites, the group will showcase a compact production train comprising the Wirtgen W 50 Re small milling machine, Vögele MINI 500 tracked paver and Hamm HD 8 VV tandem roller. Digital technologies for automated and transparent construction processes are another key theme. These include the Smart Compact Pro compaction assistant with Hamm Realtime Density Scan and Wirtgen Group Performance Trackers for milling, paving, compacting and material processing. The Operations Center provides real-time access to performance data, production targets and jobsite progress.

Wolf Bavaria GmbH - The new partition wall for residential use, offering sound insulation of up to 61 dB and REI 90

15% more space – greater efficiency thanks to thinner walls

The OneFrame-Wall is Wolf Bavaria’s resource-efficient and effective sound insulation solution for the growing market of multi-family homes and multi-storey commercial buildings. The single-shell apartment partition wall, featuring separate studs and cladding with PhoneStar ST Tri, achieves a sound insulation index R.

The excellent sound insulation properties of the single-skin apartment partition wall were confirmed in a series of tests conducted as part of a master’s thesis, in which a large number of component variants were measured. The relevant RW values for some of these wall constructions can be found in a brochure available free of charge at Wolf Bavaria.

Xella Deutschland GmbH - Silka Protect XL Basic,Ytong parapet block

Xella Deutschland GmbH is presenting two solutions for modern multi-storey residential construction at NordBau 2026 in Neumünster: the Silka Protect XL Basic and the Ytong parapet element. The Silka Protect XL Basic, with a bulk density class of 2.4, is designed as a slim sand-lime brick for internal party walls. According to the product documentation, up to 40 millimetres can be saved in wall thickness compared to thicker sand-lime walls; this allows for additional living space without compromising on structural integrity or sound insulation. Features mentioned include high load-bearing capacity, fire resistance, direct sound insulation values of up to 63 dB, as well as recyclability and suitability for QNG.

The Ytong roof parapet element complements the range for flat roofs. The large-format, reinforced aerated concrete elements are designed for large roof parapet areas in multi-storey residential construction and are intended to enable fast, cost-effective construction processes. Xella highlights thermal bridge-optimised connections, suitability for Efficiency Houses 40, installation rates of up to 100 running metres per day, and fire resistance class EI 90. The company thus positions both products as structural engineering solutions for greater efficiency, space optimisation and predictable construction processes.
