The users were approached when researching machinery via LECTURA Specs website that is visited by 1.2 million visitors each month and the respondents reviewed 892 brands in total.
The first part of the BrandSurvey 2022 focuses on construction and lifting sector, based on 24,971 reviews of 48 brands from respondents coming from 209 countries from all over the world. This data has brought us valuable insights on how people within the industry perceive not only the quality of brands’ products and services but also their interaction via media and other sources of information and channels.
