At bauma 2025, the world's leading trade fair for construction machinery, held from April 7 to 13 at the Munich exhibition center, LECTURA made a significant impact with its innovative digital solutions, designed by a partner company Vuframe. The event attracted around 600,000 visitors from over 200 countries and regions, featuring 3,601 exhibitors from 57 nations.

LECTURA's booth, strategically located at the West Entrance (Booth EWE.22), became a focal point for attendees eager to explore the future of heavy machinery intelligence. The company showcased an immersive experience, allowing visitors to interact with heavy machinery through advanced 3D models and virtual reality tools. These interactive exhibits provided a modern and engaging way to understand complex equipment operations.

Beyond the visual attractions, LECTURA showcased its renowned machinery valuation tools, market intelligence, and sophisticated data analytics solutions. These offerings empower businesses to standardize and optimize equipment data. Importantly, LECTURA presented not only insights but practical, actionable solutions for managing ESG initiatives and CO₂ emission reporting, helping industry players navigate sustainability challenges effectively. Attendees also participated in discussions on the latest market trends and innovations, emphasising the importance of data-driven decision-making in the industry.

In addition to welcoming hundreds of visitors at their booth, LECTURA’s team actively participated in numerous press conferences and exclusive evening receptions hosted by global machinery manufacturers, event organisers, service providers or financial institutions. Such invitations reflect LECTURA’s position as a respected industry expert. A detailed overview of media-focused activities, including photos of the newest machines and groundbreaking technologies unveiled at bauma 2025, can be found in a media report available here.

"We have been exhibiting at bauma for decades - along with only a few other publishers - and over the years, from our stand right by the west entrance, we have witnessed how visitor behaviour has changed. The days when visitors went home with bags full of brochures and magazines are long gone. Digital products have prevailed - and our early decision to focus on digital proved to be the right move. No matter whether machine data, evaluations, analyses, reports, DigiMessenger or our other formats - they are widely used, and that is the most important thing!" stated Iva Thiel, CEO of LECTURA.

A highlight of the booth was the collaboration with Vuframe, showcasing the advantages of interactive 3D technology. Andreas Zeitler, Product Manager at Vuframe, remarked, “bauma 2025 was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our interactive 3D technology to a highly engaged audience at the LECTURA booth. Visitors were particularly excited by how easily and quickly our platform transforms CAD data into powerful 3D digital twins and configurators for sales, marketing, and training. We were thrilled to see such strong interest in digital solutions across the industry.”

The excitement and interest surrounding LECTURA's booth were apparent, not only due to its strategic location but also because of the eye-catching VR/AR technology that captivated numerous visitors. This enthusiasm reflects a broader industry trend towards embracing digital transformation and innovative solutions in construction and heavy machinery sectors.

LECTURA's participation in bauma 2025 underlined its commitment to leading the way in heavy machinery intelligence, providing tools and insights that empower businesses to make smarter, more efficient decisions in an increasingly digital landscape.
