From January 9 to 10, 2016 all available staff of Lonking Overseas gathered together in the ancient town of Xitang, the birthplace of Wu and Yue Culture. Pilotage 2016 annual meeting set off touching music here.
Pilotage 2016 began with summing-up meeting. Directors of all departments reported their respective work in last year. Many a little makes a mickle.It’s those efforts that guarantee performance of Lonking overseas in 2015. On this occasion its deputy general manager Ms Crystal Hu deeply analyzed present market situation and made a round summary of 2015. General Manager Mr. QiuDebo indicated in his keynote speech that Lonking Overseas should lay emphasis on institutional improvement, policy orientation and business model innovation. He also put forward three points to all staff. Firstly, all staff is requested to pursue pragmatic development. A thing cannot exist without its basis. Secondly, all should improve inner occupational qualities and take right method to obtain wealth. Thirdly, all should pay attention to integrated development, considering both mind and body.
Pilotage 2016 cannot do without dinning together by members of Big Family. A lot of staff of Lonking Overseasworked outside of China throughout the year and it’s not easy to get together. Dinner opened with employees from different departments singing “One Family Loving Each Other” in quick flashing way as the words of this song “I’d like one family to dream towards one direction of creation”. Lonking Overseas made many innovations in practicing enterprise culture of Lonking Holding Limited represented by Big Family and is also a beneficiary of this culture bringing people together.
Pilotage 2016 also couldn’t dispense with team activity, which takes discovering treasures in Xitang as its subject. All staff was divided into 6 groups and group members would finish assigned tasks based on instruction manual and directives from Wechat.In this living Millennium town Lonking people wandered around to search for treasures. Since Lonking Overseas was founded 10 years ago, such figures have worked together tirelessly to make Lonking Yellow a bright color in global construction machinery market.
