New valve block facilitates front- end loader handling with the Pro Control system

Use all the functions of the front loader even more effectively – that is what the front loader specialist STOLL does with its new Pro Control system. The new control concept enables the switches for the extra function of the front loader to be integrated into the joystick.

“The new control system is a technically advanced solution that makes operating the front loader easier and more precise. It simplifies both installation and handling. So what we have developed here is like an all-in-one solution,” explains STOLL marketing team member Peter Witthus.

Control software with the latest safety requirements

To ensure the smooth functioning of the new control system, STOLL has also released new piece software. “We have developed new software to work with the new Pro Control system. Above all, it allows us to meet the requirements of the safety standard ISO 25119,” describes Stefan Strüning, a designer at STOLL, the leading front loader specialist.

Previously the switches could be located anywhere in the driver’s cab

There had already been switches for individual extra functions of the front loader previously, but they could have been located anywhere in the driver’s cab. The lines or buttons were fitted depending on the availability of space for a connector. The problem with this was that, during installation, the technician had to look for an individual place for each connector; afterwards the switches could be anywhere in the driver’s cab. The driver had to look in a different place for every button.

Simplified installation and easy to use – great advantages for both driver and fitter

With the new valve block, cabling requirements are reduced and the driver can find all the important switches in just one place – directly on the driver’s Pro Control joystick. When installing the front loader, the fitter places the valve block under the STOLL-Hydro-Fix: and all lines are in one place.

In the tractor cab, all connectors go directly to the front loader joystick. STOLL has added four membrane buttons so that the driver does not have to look for the individual switches. You can now quickly and directly control the most important extra functions with the new CAN-Bus joystick. The result: the new Pro Control system enables the front-end loader to be operated more accurately –and enables the driver to use the hydraulic control function even more effectively.

Slim design – also suitable for the Base Control

The new valve block stands out in its compact design, which saves space and weight and makes it easier for the workshop to install. The valve block is available for both the Pro Control and the Base Control systems.
