The BATCHPACK installation has been designed to produce low quantities of cold-mix asphalts, in batches, while guaranteeing the same metering and mixing quality as higher capacity installations.
SAE, a specialist in the production of cold-mix asphalts for over 50 years, offers a wide range of mixing and continuous cold process installations from 50 to 1,000 tons/h.
More than 1,000 references have been commissioned in over 80 countries.
The BATCHPACK is the latest innovation from SAE; it has already sparked interest among contractors looking for an affordable product that can either produce cold-mix asphalts offering the same quality as higher volume installations or allow a transition between the laboratory and large capacity industry.
The BATCHPACK benefits from state-of-the-art technology of batch-mix plants tested for their reliability in terms of precise metering and even mixing.
For the first time at BAUMA the Batchpack will be shown with the MARINI brand for the export markets
WHO ARE THEIR TARGET CUSTOMERS?
With its output ranging from 10 tons/h to 30 tons/h, the BATCHPACK is an entry-level product satisfying the needs of customers wishing to produce storable cold-mix asphalts for occasional repairs of roads such as reprofiling, repair of potholes, closing of trenches, etc.
It is used to produce mixes with one or two types of aggregates.
A big bag filling hopper or bucket filling line may be added to it.
WHAT ARE ITS BENEFITS?
The BATCHPACK has many benefits.
With its very compact concept, the BATCHPACK’s dimensions make it easy to transport by fitting into a 40’ HC container.
Its simple design, combined with complete cabling, also makes it easy to set up on site in just one hour, requiring no specific work.
Although very simple and economic in its design, it does not compromise on user safety and ergonomics.
Production cycles of the BATCHPACK are processed by PLC and the different ingredients are automatically injected.
Simple to use, with a rapid return on investment, the BATCHPACK is the ideal tool to make small quantities of cold-mix asphalt for maintenance work.
