Thanks to its partnership with the Italian national team, Fassi Gru will be alongside the 'Azzurri' in forthcoming European Championship, as well as on the Superbike World Championship circuit.

Fassi Gru and sport have been a virtually inseparable combination throughout the 50-year history of the company. However, in recent years, Fassi’s sporting profile has risen to a whole new level thanks to its partnership with the team most loved by Italians, and (we believe) admired by fans throughout the world: the Italian national football team.

This marketing agreement runs for four years and sees Fassi Gru team up alongside coach Antonio Conte's men and, no less enthusiastically, Luigi Di Biagio's Under-21 side. Fassi is supporting the Italian team through the 2016 European Championships, taking place in France this summer from 10th June to 10th July, and to the crucial qualification campaign for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

Fassi Gru and FIGC (the Italian Football Federation) are working together to take advantage of the numerous promotion opportunities offered by this pairing. The foundations are solid, given the massive public and media attention that is bound to come the team's way in the tournaments ahead as well as for the friendlies that will be played in preparation.

No less exciting is the prospect of the 2016 Superbike World Championship which, with the Supersport World Championship being held in parallel, promises some adrenaline-fuelled weekends throughout the year. Fassi is an official sponsor. After domination by British riders and Kawasaki bikes in the 2015 races, a counter-attack is expected this year from Italian and Spanish bikes and bikers, in particular Ducati and Aprilia, who are determined to be stars of the show. It all starts in Australia where Round 1 is on 26th-28th February, culminating seven months later with Round 14 in Qatar at the end of October.
