Massey Ferguson’s Beauvais Plant Made French TV News Headlines!

On Wednesday May 27th, the main French TV channel, TF1, featured Massey Ferguson and its Beauvais plant as a leading example of successful investments in France.

This confidence in Beauvais led AGCO Corporation to nominate its French manufacturing facility to produce a new range of tractors by end of this year; the cab version of the brand new Global Series for the European market.

Within AGCO, the Beauvais site is the Global Centre of Excellence for R & D, Engineering and Manufacturing for the Massey Ferguson brand.

TF1 evening news is watched daily by 8.6 million people (35% market share) so this significant TV coverage is perceived by all Massey Ferguson employees as a great acknowledgement of their daily commitment; to provide farmers around the world with straightforward and dependable products helping them to grow their business in a sustainable way.

The Beauvais site is proud to play a key role within the French economy as the first private company from the Picardie region with 2,500 employees, including employees from sister companies AGCO Finance and GIMA. Up to 75% of Beauvais-produced Massey Ferguson tractors are sold in more than 70 countries worldwide, a first for French farm machinery producers and exporters.

The Massey Ferguson team would like to thank all of our customers and fans around the globe, for their loyalty and trust. This is the engine which drives the commitment of all MF employees every single day. Massey Ferguson, A world of Experience. Working with you.
