The MF TH.7030, which makes its debut at the Agritechnica Show in in Hanover on 12-18 November 2017, is capable of lifting 3t to 7m. With two cab positions and excellent manoeuvrability, this multi-purpose machine is designed specifically for handling heavy loads in confined spaces.

The new MF TH.7030 complements the existing MF TH.6030, while meeting customer demands for higher lift and a longer reach for work in traditional farm buildings and other areas where space is at a premium.

“Massey Ferguson is investing in expanding our equipment range to provide farmers with the widest choice, supported with the reassurance of the superb expertise and back-up they receive from our professional and dedicated dealer network,” says Campbell Scott, Massey Ferguson Director Marketing Services.

“The MF TH.7030 is yet another example of how this new equipment will deliver users even higher performance and practical features to improve productivity, efficiency and comfort,” he adds.

MF TH.7030 Telehandler outstanding features:

  • Additional semi-compact model provides extra choice for those working in confined areas and traditional buildings

  • 3t lifting capacity to 7m high

  • Two cab positions further improve access abilities

  • High capacity, 100 litres/min hydraulics with superb proportional control

  • Boom suspension systems deliver smooth operation

  • Latest design, 100hp engine generates high power and torque

  • Proven hydrostatic transmission with practical exclusive features

  • Comfortable cab offers excellent visibility and control

Compact dimensions lift heavy loads higher

With its 3t capacity and 7m lift, the MF TH.7030, takes heavier loads higher, helping to improve efficiency in wide range of farming situations.

Measuring just 2.1m wide x 2.1m high, the semi-compact telehandler’s dimensions and superb, four-wheel steer manoeuvrability open up previously inaccessible areas to mechanical materials handling.

This nimble and powerful telehandler makes handling easier, helping to make best use of traditional farm buildings and the tightest spaces.

A choice of cab positions further improve versatility. Fitting the same cab lower in the chassis reduces overall height by 150mm, providing even better access to low buildings, without compromising operator comfort.

The MF TH.7030 offers a number of advanced and exclusive features to boost performance and ease operation. These include its powerful engine, superior hydrostatic transmission and clever hydraulic controls, along with excellent cab comfort.

Powerful, smart proportional hydraulic control

A powerful 100 litre/min hydraulic system provides powerful and accurate operation. This load-sensing system supplies flow only when it’s required, which improves efficiency and reduces heat and losses.

Advanced electro-hydraulic control allows up to three functions to be used at the same time, greatly improving productivity. Massey Ferguson’s SHS Smart Handling System enables operators to set and adjust maximum flow, regardless of engine speed, which provides precise boom movements as well as high engine power.

The unique Cushion Retract system ensures smooth and accurate boom movements, while operating comfort is further improved by the Boom Suspension option. This unique dual pressure system absorbs shocks and operates at the press of button.

Advanced low maintenance engine

The MF TH.7030 is powered by a new, 3.4 litre four-cylinder, 100hp engine, which uses straightforward technology to meet the strictest emission regulations.

With no need for a variable geometry turbocharger, diesel particulate filter (DPF), regeneration or exhaust gas recirculation, the maintenance-free emission regulation system delivers full power all the time.

For those working in dusty conditions, a fan inverter option keeps the air inlets clean, the engine cool and working at maximum efficiency. This can be set to operate automatically, depending on air temperature or can be adjusted to work at pre-set time intervals.

An ECO mode improves economy by managing the oil flow and engine rpm to help reduce fuel consumption.

High torque heavy duty hydrostatic transmission

A unique, four-range hydrostatic transmission, delivers smooth power quickly and efficiently with high torque for digging, pushing and loading operations.

Four speeds, two mechanical and two hydrostatic, deliver accurate control with shift on the move and automatic changing to ease operation. An inching pedal further improves precision loading.

An easy to use, creep speed, SCS (Speed Control System) enables operators to set the forward speed independently of the engine rpm. This ensures optimum performance and efficiency when using implements that require high flowrates, but slow and constant travel speeds.

Oil immersed brakes deliver positive and safe stopping, on top of the transmission’s dynamic braking system. A clever automatic parking brake offers extra safety, automatically engaging at low engine rpm and when it is switched off.

Standard four-wheel steering, with three selectable steering modes, ensures the agile MF TH.7030 makes the tightest turns in confined spaces.

Outstanding cab comfort and visibility

Like all MF TH Telehandlers, the MF TH.7030 is designed with the operator in mind and, despite its compact dimensions, its spacious cab offers superb comfort and control, on both the standard and low height versions.

With its excellent all-round visibility, the quiet cab has well-laid out, easy to use controls plus a high quality, air suspension seat. Air conditioning is an option.

Intuitive operation of all the boom movements is provided by a multi-function joystick, which also offers the option to control the transmission, shuttling between forward and reverse or to select neutral.

Superb vision is enhanced by the curved shape, low profile engine bonnet and unobstructed view of the rear right-hand side. New LED working lights on the boom and machine provide illumination for long working days and nights.

Handles every job with ease

Implements are attached and removed with ease, without leaving the cab, using the hydraulically-operated quick attach headstock system.

The third hydraulic service is operated from the joystick and there’s an option to fit a fourth and fifth. These can be used to control an extensive implement range of that, among many others includes, buckets, forks, pallet forks, bale spikes and crane jib.

Equipped with a range of hitches the MF TH.7030 tows trailers with ease, using a fixed, adjustable or automatic clevis as well as the option of a pick-up hitch. A new trailer braking system, which meets the latest regulations, is an option.

The new semi compact MF TH.7030 will further extend the MF Telehandler range, adding its best in class features to the existing four models, to fulfil all farmers’ materials handling needs.
