Merlo at SIMA 2015

The Merlo Group will exhibit at Sima in Paris as the winner of the Sima International Award mention for the M TSS system (Merlo Transversal Stability System), at Stand 180 in Hall 7. Merlo will also be the Main Sponsor of the Simagena area, where prizes for the best livestock are awarded. The area will also hold two daily demonstrations of the best technologies available for livestock farms, during which the key features of the new Merlo modular Turbofarmer range will be explained.
The stand will feature many novelties for a range that has been completely upgraded:

Merlo unveils the new "Turbofarmer Medium Duty" range for the agricultural sector, which includes the two: TF35.7 and TF33.9 models, which are the forerunners of a new generation of products.
Manufacturing of the new range will start in May, with the possibility of placing orders for the new models already during Sima.
The new TF 33.7 compact also features prominently and its shown in its low-cab version on the stand. This is also a world preview, as manufacturing of the machine will only start in the second half of 2015. Technologies used for higherspec ranges, such as the cab, will be available for the first time and will redefine the standards of agricultural compact telehandlers:

- CS Suspended Cab (Merlo Patent)
- 40 km/h (also with low cab)
- Type approval as an agricultural tractor (First time in the market for a low cab) version
- The largest cab in its class
- Same cab for the entire range; same interior comfort also on "low-profile" models as a first
- EPD as standard

This is only a preview and all product models and combinations available starting from the basic model will be launched at a later stage.
The stand will also feature a dynamic area, where visitors will be able to see the brand-new Multifarmer MF40.9 mounted on a turntable and an area where they will be able to test one of the features that make Merlo unique: a simulator of the suspended cab will actually enable visitors to experience Merlo's unique, patented comfort.

New Turbofarmer Medium Duty range
Merlo unveils the mid-level product range at Sima in Paris:
TF35.7
TF33.9

The new models are the result of the innovative modular concept and boast characteristics that greatly improve the range's features.
Operating comfort is greatly improved, since TF35.7 and TF33.9 are equipped with the new modular cab, the largest in its class, which sets a new benchmark in terms of comfort and ergonomics. The CS cab suspension will also be available (this is the only model in its class equipped with this unique, patented Merlo technology): it enhances comfort and productivity at the same time.
Thanks to the modular approach, the new family has been launched with the most compact size in its class, with a max. height of 2.25 m. The new design enables these models to also be the lightest on the market, weighing in at 6,600 kg,
thus ensuring greater manoeuvrability and a significant consumption reduction.
Reduced consumption is also guaranteed by the new Epd system that will be fitted as standard in this new range too, reducing consumption (and, therefore, CO2 emissions) by 18%.
The new Medium duty range also introduces new engines, moving from a 100 HP Euro3 single engine to two engines, a 75 HP one and a 120 HP one, both Euro 3B (No DPF, No SCR-AdBlue).
The new models are also equipped as standard with the Fan Drive system, which supports the correct and improved cleaning of radiator filters even in extremely dusty conditions, such as on building sites or in quarries.
All models in the range boast a travel speed of 40 km/h, the highest in their class, and will be equipped with bridges fitted with Merlo planetary drives, ensuring greater wear-resistance than previous ones and making the machines' footprint even more compact.
