KUHN offers an innovative digital service for its non-driven agricultural equipment. It is free to access online for end customers, owners and users of KUHN machines. With MyKUHN, users of KUHN equipment can access the Group’s digital ecosystem and benefit from a wide range of services with the local dealer network.

MyKUHN is an online customer platform, accessible via PC, mobile and tablet. It improves the customer experience with 3 important features:
Technical support 24/7: with MyKUHN, KUHN machine users can consult and download any operator’s manual relating to one of their machines, at any time, in any situation.

Instant access to genuine KUHN parts: with MyKUHN, users looking for a KUHN spare part can visually identify the part in an online catalog to find the corresponding order reference. The availability of parts with local dealers can be checked, and a basket can be made up and transmitted directly to the chosen dealer (this feature vary from country to country).

KUHN services and expert advices: MyKUHN is a priviliged and customisable information channel between the KUHN brand and its community. MyKUHN users benefit from a large choice of technical and agronomical expert advice. They are informed in advance of any special offers, product improvements, events and new features offered by the KUHN brand and its network, and according to the preferences and areas of interest (pre-set in a few clicks).

The platform was initially launched in Poland in June 2017 and has been progressively implemented in Germany, the United Kingdom and recently in Australia, the United States and Italy this year. MyKUHN will also be launched in France at SIMA 2019 and will receive updates with new functions in order to expand the user’s connected ecosystem.
