With two additional models Atlas Weyhausen is completing its range of wheel loaders in smaller and bigger products. The new models are named AR 30 and AR 105e.

The new small newcomer AR 30 has a service weight of 2150 kg and is created for landscaping, agricultural use, narrow construction sites and municipal duties. The loader is equipped with a Perkins Diesel engine with an output of 24.6 kW @ 2800 rpm. So it will not be involved in the new exhaust regulations COM IIIB. With its width of 1250 mm even tightest conditions can be mastered. The standard bucket has a capacity of 0.32 m³ and the payload on pallet forks is 697 kg. The new „cabin“ has a foldable roll bar with FOPS roof, an ad-justable steering column and a new more ergonomic driver’s seat. For sure this machine has the same quality standards as its bigger brothers. The extra inching pedal grants sensitive sharing of thrust and lifting forces. Also less wear and fuel consumption. The robust centre pivot is responsible for a low centre of gravity and best off-road traction.

From now on the AR 105e is the biggest and most powerful Atlas wheel loader. This machine has a service weight of 9450 kg and a standard bucket capacity of 1.6 – 1.8 m³. This is much more than the AR 95 Super has. The engine is a water-cooled Deutz Diesel motor TCD 4.1 with 4 cylinders in-line and an output of 105 kW @ 2200 rpm and a maximum torque of 550 Nm. This motor is turbocharged, with charge cooling and an external cooling of recycling of exhaust gases.

The modular system of exhaust after treatment fulfils the de-mands of EU stage IIIb and US EPA TIER 4 interim with diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and diesel particle filter (DPF).

The regeneration during use will be done by „Heat-Mode“ without interfering the output. A necessary active regenera-tion at still stand of the engine will be shown in the display and can only be activated by the driver.

This machine is not only 1 ton heavier than the AR 95 Super. Also the wheel base is enlarged by 150 mm up to 2650 mm in total. It has a new hydraulic steering valve with a flow separa-tion independent of load pressure. The delivery of oil flow at the 3rd section is 138 l/min @ 250 bar working pressure. The AR 105e will get a new cabin type 31 which also will be mounted at the new models AR 65e – AR 85e beginning of next year. This cabin has optical and handling changes. All control elements have been renewed and the most important items are integrated in the new multi purpose armrest. The main operational fields are construction, recycling, mate-rial handling and agricultural use.
