NEW CIVIL ENGINEERING FAIR CALLED INFRATECH ALREADY ALMOST FULLY BOOKED

In Germany, there seems to be a repeat of the success of InfraTech in Rotterdam, the trade fair which is clearly the number one in the Dutch infrastructure sector. More than two months before the beginning of the fair, nearly 90 % of the available fair areas have already been reserved. The 120 firms which have registered until now come from Germany, Austria, Belgium, Poland and the Netherlands. Link to the list of participants. The civil engineering fair called InfraTech will take place at Messe Essen (North Rhine-Westphalia) on January 15 - 17, 2014.

Addressing Exclusively Target Groups All Over Germany
"Even in the initial discussions, not only the fair concept but also the fair venue in Essen were already the decision criteria for us to participate. With this new fair, we will be offered a unique opportunity to address our market partners and interested parties from the infrastructure sector all over Germany in an exclusive way. Until now, the fairs which are important to us have only taken place in the southern federal states," according to Bernd Bathke, Manager of Advertising, Fairs and Events at ACO Tiefbau Vertrieb GmbH.

Overall Concept
Gerhard Winkler, Managing Director of Zertifizierung Bau GmbH, is just as enthusiastic. "Until now, Germany has not had any fair which examines all the fields of the infrastructure subject from road construction and civil engineering right up to water engineering and sewer construction. As the leading certification body for the building trade, we move precisely in this spectrum. Therefore, it is interesting for us to be represented here, to intensify our contacts and to introduce our spectrum of services in a comprehensive and detailed form also within the framework of face-to-face discussions. We are certain that the German construction industry will also profit from this fair."

Onrush at the Fair
On January 15 - 17, 2014, a real onrush at the fair will be expected on the site at Messe Essen. In this period, the fair site will indeed have four fairs on offer at the same time. In addition to the civil engineering fair called InfraTech, the following fairs will also take place there: DEUBAUKOM, DCONex and Leben + Komfort. All in all, approx. 550 exhibitors will be represented and, since the fairs will all address similar target groups, the organisers are assuming strong synergetic effects while visiting the fairs. A total of approx. 50,000 visitors will be expected.
