Advances in performance and fuel efficiency with Tier 4 solutions
New Holland continues to expand its Tier 4 interim compliant offering with the introduction of three C Series short radius excavators, including a Blade Runner model, and the new C Series dozers which now offers three models ranging from 13 to 20 tons with the addition of a new model at the low end of the range.

In addition, New Holland steps ahead of competition launching the first Tier 4 Final mid-size crawler excavators in the industry with the introduction of two new C Series short radius models. Just like all New Holland Tier 4 Interim machines, the new models rely on the brand’s high efficiency hydraulics and low emissions engine technology to offer exceptional fuel savings and power.

These advances in low emissions, high performance and high fuel efficiency are the result of New Holland’s access to the considerable R&D resources of Fiat Industrial and its close collaboration with sister company FPT Industrial, a pioneer in low emissions technologies. FPT Industrial’s latest low emissions technologies will be on display in a dedicated area on the New Holland stand.

More new introductions
The L230 skid steer loader and C238 compact track loader on display are testament to New Holland’s search for continuous improvement, as these new models pack a considerably bigger performance in a machine that keeps the compact dimensions of their predecessors.

Also new at the Bauma 2013 are New Holland’s best-selling graders which now feature a low profile cab that reduces the machine’s maximum height to just 3,060 mm, removing all transport limitations.

For the first time, a New Holland Agriculture tractor will be on display on the stand, showcasing the features that are making these machines increasingly popular on road construction jobsites and landscaping work. The T7.270 Auto Command™ on show features New Holland’s continuously variable transmission designed to exploit the low running speed and high torque of the engine. With 270 maximum Engine Power Management horsepower and ECOBlue™ SCR emission reduction technology, this tractor offers exceptional performance, fuel efficiency and versatility.

The exceptional characteristics of New Holland’s graders and the popularity of its agricultural tractors in the construction industry were recognised by Diesel Progress magazine and powertrain manufacturer ZF, who nominated the 156.7A grader and T9 Series tractor for their Excellence in Equipment Engineering award in their respective categories. The award winners will be announced at the Bauma 2013 show.

Fleet management made easy
New Holland’s FleetForce telematics system takes centre stage at this year’s Bauma exhibition, bringing customers a valuable tool to optimise performance and use of every machine in their fleet. The new midi crawler excavators and graders are factory ready for FleetForce, so that customers can have system factory fitted or they can order it as a Dealer Installed Kit.

The New Holland experience
New Holland is keen for customers to experience first hand the exceptional performance of its new models. To this end, the Yellow Factor Experience road show will travel throughout Europe in the coming months, providing the opportunity to test drive the latest models, meet with New Holland representatives to learn more about the machines and the broad range of services they can rely on for their business.

For those who can’t attend the Yellow Factor Experience road show, a new app for iPad offers the opportunity to experience the performance of New Holland’s skid steer loaders. The GP New Holland app presents the challenge of completing without accidents a circuit of the track that simulates a job site.

New Holland, New Life
New Holland takes forward its New Holland, New Life launched at Intermat 2012 to recycle as many materials used to build the stand as possible. The PVC sheets used at Intermat were turned into a variety of useful object by a team of designers. Among them are the 100 limited edition bags that journalists coming to the New Holland stand will receive. At the end of the Bauma 2013 show, all wood, stone and concrete used on the stand will once again be recycled and given a new life.
