New Hyva subsidiary based in Turkey

Hyva, a leading global provider of transport solutions for the commercial vehicle and environmental service industries, has established a new subsidiary based in Turkey.

Hyva in Turkey was established as a new subsidiary in July 2015. The business office is based in Izmir, which is the third largest city in Turkey, after Istanbul and Ankara. Izmir, a port city in western Turkey, has a strong industrial infrastructure, is well located from a logistics point of view and is the home to many local and foreign companies.

Çağan Öztürk is appointed as Managing Director with responsibility for Turkey as strategic market, and also Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Israel, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan as developing markets for Hyva products. Sedat Bastug is the Sales and Operations Manager.

Hyva Turkey is located in a new office building with workshop and warehouse facilities. This facilitates the stocking of fast moving products, spare parts and most wetkit components for sales through local availability.

“We build on the strength of being a local company with a strong focus on the countries where our customers in Turkey are selling our products like Hyva Cylinders, Hyva wet kits, Hyva Crane, Hyva Lift for the container handling and all other Hyva transport solutions.
Our strategy is to sell and support all Hyva products and OEM customers with aftercare through service points and strong after sales support in the countries where our customers are delivering their products and transport solutions,” explained Çağan Öztürk.
