Comfort and safety, without compromise

MASTER M is designed to improve operating conditions when ploughing and on the road. To meet the different needs of farmers, several headstocks are available:

• the standard headstock allows quick coupling thanks to fixed coupling arms, making all operations easy and quick to access.

• GODRIVE is the new headstock, which oscillates during transport, offering exceptional manoeuvrability and safety it’s approved for driving at 40 km/h.

• The EASYDRIVE option makes it easy to switch from working to transport position without tools, thanks to the quick neutralisation of the 3rd point. The GODRIVE and EASYDRIVE systems are complementary and can be combined.

• The OPTIDRIVE option, front suspension, provides real driving comfort on headlands with a shock absorption device: the plough's service life is multiplied, without additional maintenance.

Inherited from the MASTER L, the adjustments are precise and effective, such as the independent settings for offset and camber, or the tool-free adjustment of the 3D SKIM skimmers (KUHN patent). Guaranteeing optimal burial, a single operation is required to adjust the working depth and angle of attack of the skimmers.

These adjustments make all the difference and are essential for effective, high-quality ploughing.

A renowned and meticulous design

MASTER M stands out thanks to its ingenious triangular frame design. With Non-Stop Hydraulic Safety, each body has its own accumulator for better responsiveness and optimal ground tracking, compared to systems with a centralised accumulator.

The VARI-MASTER M's integrated variable width system protects the hoses and linkage within the structure, ensuring smoother operation and long-lasting reliability.

The MULTI-MASTER M features quick and safe adjustment of the working width position without the need to remove screws. This system offers 4 cutting widths ranging from 35 to 50 cm (14 to 20 inches).

Innovation guided by experience

The GODRIVE oscillating front axle, combined with the WORK AND ROLL (WnR) wheel, is a new concept that is easy to use without tools. It offers large-diameter wheels for an optimal compromise between traction and compaction. In addition, it ensures safety and comfort on the road, allows hydraulic management of working depth from the cab, and optimises working width thanks to its compact design. The centre of gravity closer to the tractor allows for better weight management and facilitates lifting and headland work, with reduced fuel consumption.

With the WORK AND ROLL combination wheel, no tools are required to switch from ROLL (transport) mode to WORK mode in less than a minute.

To ensure optimal soil tracking, the VARI-MASTER M can be equipped with the DUOLINER roller, which incorporates the patented STEADY CONTROL regulation system. Its use in ploughing reduces working time and improves operational efficiency in soil preparation, paving the way for useful and optimised ploughing.

Configurable according to requirements thanks to KUHN's extensive range of equipment, the MASTER M is available with 4 to 6 bodies, in variable or multiple widths, and with T or NSH safety.

A worthy descendant of the MASTER 123/153 ranges, it offers a high level of quality and finish, resulting from the expertise and skills integrated within the KUHN factory in Châteaubriant.
