NordBau 2016: Kleemann presents versatile MC 100 R EVO

With the mobile jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 100 R EVO, Wirtgen Hamburg showcases a genuine multitalented machine of Kleemann GmbH at its exhibition stand at this year's NordBau. The compact plant can be used flexibly in the primary crushing stage for processing natural stone and recycling material.

Compact dimensions and a weight of 30 tonnes make the MC 100 R EVO particularly easy to transport. This is a huge advantage especially when the plant is deployed for applications on alternating operation sites. At the same time, the tracked mobile jaw crusher can be easily relocated and quickly put into operating position, even in tight spaces. Thanks to the integrated hopper walls and hydraulically folding side discharge conveyors, the setup times are very short. With a slotted grate the feed material is pre-screened for enhanced final product quality. The innovative Continuous Feed System (CFS) ensures consistent and productive utilisation of the crusher: A probe detects the crusher level and regulates the speed of the conveyor belts depending on utilisation. The plant processes up to 220 tonnes of material per hour at a drive power of 165 kW. The MC 100 R EVO also works economically, as like all crushing plants in the Kleemann EVO series it is equipped with a diesel-directdrive.

The operation of all plant components and functions is effected via a menu-guided touch panel on the Kleemann EVO plants. The fully hydraulic gap setting can be performed during operation, for example. The MC 100 R EVO jaw crusher is equipped with an extra-long, movable crusher jaw which reduces material blockages. However, if a blockage occurs, the crusher drive can be reversed via the crusher unblocking system and the material that is stuck is released. A spray system is integrated in the plant in order to reduce dust. With a range of extra options, the MC 100 R EVO can be customised to suit specific applications. For example, a magnetic separator is offered for recycling applications.
