Open Joint-Stock Company “Minsk Tractor Works”

The company is represented at AGRITECHNICA 2017 exhibition in Hannover in stand 05B28 and exhibits 7 tractors from its model line which includes over 250 machines. During the exhibition tractors BELARUS-4522 and BELARUS-622.5 were presented. The overall number of new products for the last two years includes more than 10 tractor models.

BELARUS - 4522 – the latest and the most powerful development by OJSC “Minsk Tractor Works” – is a tractor with a Caterpillar engine with the capacity of 466 hp, FullPowerShift gearbox, robotized control of attached agricultural implements, a system of precision farming, autopilot from Trimble. Using the CAT engine has a great advantage of having the telemetry system – the vehicle’s owner, the service center and the tractor and engine manufacturers can monitor the key parameters of the main systems, receive reminders on the necessity to perform maintenance service and replace consumables.

FullPowerShift 16/8 is an automatic gearbox with range shifting under load and with a self-designed creeper gear, all elements of which are produced on a high-class semi-automated line Niels-Siemens with the highest quality parameters and ideal fitting of gear pair.

Robotized control of the attached implements allows for recording a number of operations that can be further implemented just by pressing a single button on the control panel which saves time for performing operations, significantly improves comfort and eliminates the possibility of the operator’s error.

Computerized control together with GPS/Glonass make it possible to make use of all benefits of precision farming system and autopilot functions to the full extent (not only adjusting the course and positioning of the attached implements but also full-fledged self-controlled operation of the tractor ).

BELARUS -3525 is a 360 hp tractor on the basis of a Caterpillar engine. In fact, it is an improved version of the well-proved tractor BELARUS-3522 but equipped with an automatic FullPowerShift gearbox, navigation equipment and a complex system of precision farming.

1523 Lux is a 155 hp tractor with a number of additional features and improvements such as an expanded range of temperatures for tractor operation(-40….+50°С), extended warranty period of 5 years, an increased-comfort cabin (panoramic energy-efficient isothermal windows, air conditioner, ergonomic seat with air suspension, radio-set) and other additional options.

BELARUS 622.5 is a compact tractor equipped with an engine that complies with ecological standard Stage 3b and has the possibility of upgrading to Stage 5, with the capacity of 66 hp (Yanmar, Japan). The tractor has a modern design that combines certain features, angles of bonnet lines and their segmentation that is a style code taken as basic from the older models of tractors BELARUS 2, 5, 7.

BELARUS-152 is a continuation of the compact low-powered tractor line. Unlike its predecessor – tractor BELARUS 132H with a pin-jointed frame – it has a rigid frame design preserving, however, the possibility of axle swinging. This has enabled to expand significantly the application of the tractor from the classic agricultural purpose to municipal works and forestry, as a skidding tractor.

A line of gas and diesel tractors (BELARUS-1221.2GD, BELARUS-92P/GD, BELARUS-82.1GD, BELARUS-320GD) comprises tractors that use diesel and compressed natural gas (methane) as fuel. Application of this technology allows for significant reduction of costs in tractor operation, as during tractor work in dual-fuel mode, substitution of 70% of diesel with methane is reached, which is particularly important in oil-producing regions where gas is an abundant by-product and is often just disposed.
